"Great location, only a short walk to and from the old town centre, and right next to the Parma Centrale. Parking available, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of."

"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."

The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle."

The location is quiet yet very convenient for public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable place to stay — highly recommended!"

"Overall, it's good. The room is spacious and only a 10-minute walk from the city center. There's a paid parking lot that's very safe. Breakfast is good. The only minor downside is that there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel. Also, since it's near the train station and on the road, it's always noisy. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes."

"Old building, the room is not much better, the main hotel is very good, just in the downtown business district, not 10 minutes walk from Palma Central Station. The hotel's service staff are all elderly people, there is no passion, stayed for three days, breakfast is unchanged, of course, eating is not a problem!"
