"You get what you pay for. The room was big, we had a separate private bathroom and toilet (outside the room). Some towels and soap were already in the bathroom. Everything was clean. There was also a kitchen where we could use the fridge and the microwave. Instead coffee and some tea were free to use. However, we had difficulty to find the place. No indications. And also for the parking, it’s written that they have one but no. You had to find a street parking which isn’t easy to do (plus need to pay in the morning if you got lucky and find one = blue zone)"

"Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. There were cute tiny olive oil bottles, which was very appreciated. The coffee is a self-serve machine and there was canteen serve for all manner of hot foods, lots of bakery variety. I really enjoyed my one night stay after missing a flight at Verona airport. The staff helped me plan a really fun day until my flight the next day, they stored my luggage, while I went to see the sights. The most beautiful square in the world, dantes statue, Romeo and Juliets balcony, the castle, the river, the amphitheatre and I was lucky to find a wonderful festive market. A wonderful night and day in Verona. I went to the gusti gardens which absolutely wonderful highlight of my day."

"This hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the train station and also about 20 minutes walk into the main town areas. I had to check in late and the lady who let me in was very friendly and helpful even though we struggled to understand each other. The room was very nice. I loved the fact that the windows were completely black out if you wanted them to be."

"Staff were excellent, so friendly and could speak English. Hotel room was a little small but perfectly useable and clean. Nice relaxing garden / outdoor section to relax in. We used the Verona hire bikes right outside to / from city centre. Bus to / from train station also on doorstep. Easy and cheap!"

"We stayed at Novo Rossi Verona and were absolutely delighted! The hotel is conveniently located — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and not far from the city center. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and everything needed for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff — they were always ready to assist and give great local tips. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh pastries, fruit, and excellent coffee. There’s parking nearby, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. Overall, it’s a perfect combination of price, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Verona!"

"Good location. Near by Verona porta nuova station but a little bit far from downtown. We rent electric scooter to move around which helps our activities a lot. All facilities were new and clean. All staff were kind and cheerful. I like this atmosphere."

"I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again."

"The location is not good because it is far from the tourist spot in the residential area, but all the staff were very nice people, and the building, the room, everything was clean and cozy. Also, the view from the window of the breakfast room is very beautiful and you can have a delicious breakfast and a good morning. It was helpful to have a pamphlet about this hotel and sightseeing spots in the room."
