"This hotel has been newly renovated.
It offers a magnificent view of Mount Takachiho.
The air was fresh, the hotel was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very satisfying, but the beverage selection was a bit disappointing. The large public bath was spacious, so I enjoyed it leisurely.
But they brought a lot of older boys to the women's bath, which was a bit inconvenient. ^^;; Overall, I was satisfied!"

"Very convenient location if you are looking to explore kirishima natural park. The room is big compared to janaese standards. Free parking on the premises and the breakfast is also very good. The room is ok, it has been remodeled, good place to rest after a long hike. There is a very nice onsen nearby.
The best point of this place was the person in charge, he was very diligent and kind to our every need. Rapidly responding to any doubts."

"The first hotel in Kyushu during the winter vacation, it exceeded expectations in every aspect. The scale of the hot springs is rare in Kyushu, and the banquet dishes for dinner are very delicious. Each of the sashimi, wagyu beef, and pork shabu-shabu is delicious, and even the dessert at the end is of high quality. The day before checking in, the biggest snow fell in the area, and for safety reasons, the century-old cedar courtyard was not allowed to enter, which was a bit regretful. If I have the chance, I will definitely bring my family to stay here again."

"Stayed one night at the Kirishima Mountain La Vista Hotel, the environment is quiet, the front desk and restaurant staff are enthusiastic and polite, in addition to the public baths there are three private soups, no reservation, no one can use the reservation.
After registration at the front desk, you can also enjoy a welcome drink, plum or other Japanese sake, and you can have coffee and tea with unlimited refills.
There is also a private open-air bath in the room where you can soak in a hot spring. The hot spring water is very hot, so be careful.

"Very interesting container house, 20 containers so the area will not be too big, but although the sparrow is small and complete, there are some, very clean and comfortable to sleep, the air conditioning is completely powerful, I found out that it is a large group, there are many places in Japan, and they are also container houses!"

"First of all, I would like to thank the hotel for its assistance. I sprained my foot during the trip and the hotel provided the address of the hospital. On the day of check-out, I asked to wear the hotel's slippers and was willing to pay for it, but the hotel did not charge any fees. The child left an important toy in the room. The hotel provided very timely and proactive assistance and helped to send it back.
In addition, the facilities are impeccable. The hotel provides thick coats for cold weather and children's toys. All the facilities in the room are very complete. Impeccable.

"The stay was average. Ample car park space. If there isn't, just ask front desk and they will direct you to park at adjacent site, which we did. Hotel did request we surrender car key to them, probably to move car in event of need. We chose not to.
The breakfast spread was great, a typical Japanese full breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised by the generous servings and beverages.
Room has musky smell so we had to use personal air freshener to at least sterilise the air in room.
Else, all average.

"My sincerest gratitude to the professional service and helpfulness of the front desk staff in particular the Div. Manager, Mr. Atsuyoshi Kubota, who patiently search for available medical service during late hours for treating my wife's injury and also voluntarily arrange a staff to accompany us to the hospital. Ram Kumar, the accompanying staff, is instrumemental in our communication to the medical personnels and he is so kind to arrange late dinner for us at the hotel's discretion. They not only demonstrate the highest level of professionalism but also their genuine care of the well being of the customers.

디디타Before making a reservation, I hesitated because of the lack of information, but after checking in, I was sure that it was the best choice. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.
Advantage 1. Private hot spring
I was happy because I could soak in the bathtub at any time. I stayed at a private hot spring ryokan in Yufuin, but that place had a structure where you couldn't see outside. You can see the river from the bathroom at Yuyuan. Plus, you can see Sakurajima!
Advantage 2. Cleanliness
Even if you walk barefoot, your soles are clean. There is no dust anywhere in the room. Even the outside of the window is clean.
Advantage 3. Spacious room
When I travel, I always choose a room that is at least 25 square meters. It's uncomfortable if it's small. The room I stayed in was 50 square meters. It was spacious for two people.
Advantage 4. Meals
I had seasonal dinners twice and breakfasts twice, and I ate at the restaurant on the second floor. It was very comfortable because it was a private room. The taste was also excellent. I was even more satisfied because the dishes were made with Kagoshima specialties.
Advantage 5. Friendly staff
I felt warm staying at a hotel with friendly staff. They were people I want to meet again!
The only downside.
I took the bus. It was a small bus, not a bus that puts your luggage in the luggage compartment, so I was confused. Of course, this is not a problem for those who take a taxi or rent a car. It is not a good location for those who want to be in a busy area. If you like to take a walk while enjoying the quiet and beautiful scenery, it would be an excellent choice. It was a happy time for me. I walked to Kagoshima Shrine. I gave carrots to a beautiful horse and prayed. Yuyu-an is the perfect place for healing^^

YYutingvThe environment is good. Maybe it’s because of winter, but there’s no loud noise. It’s quite peaceful. In order to not have to look for food around, I decisively decided to stay there and have two meals. Dinner was Kaiseki cuisine. I always thought I had a big appetite. Good guy. I'm so full of this meal! Although the portions are small, they add up to a small amount 😂😂. The breakfast is also good and beautiful, but the soup is not good, it is too salty. You can have a cup of coffee after eating☕️. The single hot spring room can be used by families or couples alone. There is a shopping street next to it, so those who want to buy things can have multiple choices.

The two responsible staff can be very friendly and detailed in Japanese to explain check-in, borrow family style, meal time and other details, and feel at home. The most worth mentioning is the food of one berth and two meals. From dinner to breakfast, you can eat the quality of the ingredients, the cooking heart, the portion is also satisfying, not too full and tired, everything is just right.

RRe**inThis is a hot spring where you can enjoy a mud pack. It's fun, so I recommend you try it. However, I think the hot spring will be enough on your way home. There are no amenities such as lotion, so you need to prepare. The rooms in the main building feel like a Showa-era inn. If you are used to convenient hotels, it may be a little inconvenient, such as taking a long time to get hot water in the bathroom (apparently the boiler is far away). I think it will be lacking in many ways for those who want to enjoy something out of the ordinary.

The Japanese-style garden design is very beautiful. The Japanese-style room we booked was very spacious and included breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own farm and ingredients. They are all sourced from their own farms, and Wagyu beef can be delivered all over Japan. The breakfast is very exquisite, and for dinner you can enjoy Kaiseki dishes such as Wagyu beef and lobster. The dining service in the room is very good, and you can also choose to eat in the restaurant. The hotel service is very good, providing daily pick-up and drop-off services to the airport, Hayato Station, and Kokubu Station. The hotel staff will proactively ask if you need to make a reservation for pick-up every day, and provide one-on-one pick-up with high-end vehicles. There is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby and free minibars in the rooms. There is a private bath in the room, which can be used indoors or outdoors. The free public bath has three outdoor hot spring pools and one large indoor hot spring pool. The hot spring water is so hot that you will sweat after soaking in it for a while. It is a rare carbonated spring in Japan. Opposite the hotel is a large supermarket with a variety of Kagoshima specialties and fresh ingredients, as well as a convenience store.
