"The equipment is acceptable, but I have doubts about why there's a door to the bedroom that allows free access. Behind the door is an emergency escape ladder with no safety features whatsoever. Is this modern equipment? If so, this room is terrifying. If someone with malicious intent were to enter your bedroom, there would be no way to stop them. Also, the air conditioning is incredibly noisy. Even with two doors to block the sound, it's still quite loud. I don't know why they put it in the bedroom. I rented a room with a private kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine (no detergent). There was only one garbage bag provided. If I wanted plastic bags for food waste, they said I had to buy them myself. Luckily, it was the third day of our nine-day stay, so they probably needed to clean the rooms during their seven-day cleaning period. Otherwise, if we had bought food and cooked it ourselves, who knows how long the food waste would have rotted. I think this is a big problem. For such a large hotel, it's surprising that they don't have their own... I've never seen such large trash cans before. It must be a newly equipped hotel, as all the facilities are quite new, which is a big advantage. As for the staff, the one who truly impressed me upon arrival on the 21st was far more commendable than any other Korean I've encountered. He was a genuinely helpful staff member. I won't comment on the rest. Oh, and I forgot to mention they have a photo; if I had known earlier, I would have taken a picture of the elevator in the master bedroom and the air conditioner on the balcony with them running. That would have definitely increased my opinion of them. The external environment wasn't damp or noisy, but the hotel's equipment was excellent. Another important point is that while this hotel uses the latest equipment, there were no explanations or instructions provided in the rooms, forcing us to bother the staff several times, causing inconvenience for both of us. This is a significant problem.
