"The hotel exceeded all expectations! The room is a separate apartment. I don't speak much English, but the owner was very welcoming and explained everything so I could understand it upon arrival. There's a self-service check-in desk for late arrivals. I was always in touch with the hotel via text messages; they sent me a detailed map showing how to find the hotel and how to get there from the airport. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, a small market, and the metro and bus stops a 5-minute walk away. The apartment was cleaned periodically, always leaving fresh towels, linens, and water. The only thing I missed was a small bottle of cooking oil, as I was staying at the hotel for over two weeks. The view from the windows is a special highlight of the room. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, so you can open them and get some fresh air if needed. Each room also has air conditioning and individual underfloor heating settings. The bathroom has large bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner. The bedding was clean and there was no smell at all, so I was able to relax comfortably, and the lighting and interior were cozy, so the atmosphere was good.
