"The hotel is located halfway up a hill, requiring a turn off the main road onto a very narrow and steep path. A 7-seater car can't make it down, so you'll need to take a tuk-tuk. This guesthouse-style hotel has exceptionally friendly staff; they always greet you with a smile. It truly offered the best service throughout our entire Sri Lanka trip. The hotel views are indeed stunning, offering a clear sight of Little Adam's Peak. The food was decent; dinner wasn't a buffet but a set menu where you could choose from a few options, and the taste was fine. However, the rooms definitely need improvement. Firstly, pest control was inadequate; ants crawled on me several times while I was sleeping. Secondly, the bedsheets didn't feel very clean; they seemed unwashed and rather flimsy. Lastly, it would be much better if they provided a proper duvet instead of just a sheet and a blanket."

"This hotel is worth staying for the stunning mountain views alone. Otherwise, the rooms are a bit dirty, especially the bathroom, with lots of dead insects on the curtains. The bathroom lacks even basic amenities (soap dish, glass for toothbrushes, etc.). There were mosquitoes in the room upon check-in. The staff didn't seem particularly concerned."

"Perfect Stay in the Heart of Ella! We recently stayed at Bridge Front Inn and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about this place is excellent. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly; they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were greeted with a complimentary freshly made passion fruit juice, which was a delicious way to start our stay. The location is simply ideal — right next to the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring Ella's main attractions on foot. Although we didn't use their shuttle service because we weren't aware of it when booking, the owner kindly agreed to drive us to a restaurant one evening, showing true hospitality. The food was another highlight, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention as there is an enormous selection of dishes to choose from. Our room was spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen and brilliantly white towels. Highly recommended!"

"Great accommodation! It's a bit far from the center, but they offer to pick you up and take you wherever you need to go. In fact, we had to go to the doctor, and the guy didn't leave our side until everything was sorted. Not to mention the amazing views of Ella from there. They were super friendly from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, if I return to Ella, I'd stay at this hotel again."

"When we originally booked there was only 1 review so we were hesitant to book but decided to anyway. It turned out to be the best decision and we couldn’t be happier. The room and view is absolutely beautiful. Watching the sunrise and hearing the birds from the big and comfortable balcony was a highlight of our trip. The hosts really thought of everything. They have a tuktuk service to take you into the city, the hotel is a few minutes walk from the nine arches, lots of amenities you might need, and delicious breakfast. We hope to stay again! "Honestly, if I hadn't found this hotel, I might have given up on Ella. There are so many ugly little guesthouses in Ella that I really didn't want to stay in. Turns out, I made the right choice! The hotel has excellent aesthetics; although it's not large, every detail is exquisite. The balcony is absolutely stunning! It perfectly matches the secluded scenery I had imagined! The pool is especially beautiful, and there are even net hammocks to lounge in! The hotel isn't accessible by car, so you'll need to transfer to a tuk-tuk. Just contact the hotel in advance."

"Keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate."

"A very pleasant hotel. It's located a bit away from the city center, but that means it's very quiet in the evenings. There's a good restaurant nearby, and breakfast at the hotel is served on a terrace with an excellent view."

"On a hillside, the road is extremely difficult to find. Opposite is the woods, there are monkeys, squirrels, birds, very ecological, so there must be mosquitoes. No air conditioning, the toilet light changed, and the boss could not be found. There is no front desk, it is an uncle who runs his own business. He wants breakfast and coffee. He is very arrogant, and the uncle is scared to run down the stairs and scare me!"

"這次在斯里蘭卡住過最完美的酒店，值得超五星。 我們訂的行政別墅，樓下一個大床，樓上兩個略小床墊。電動窗簾拉開就是幾乎全景玻璃陽台，可以看到外麪茶山。還能看到三孔橋和路過火車。 mini bar裏面給了幾十包茶包，都是免費，四瓶玻璃瓶水也是免費，酒和飲品收費。 游泳池很好看很出片，像無邊泳池。 一定要選帶晚餐的，晚餐是點菜式五道式，非常可口，也很特別，不含飲料。早餐也有一個很特別的脆皮蛋包，通往餐廳的路上能拍到很美的照片。 唯一就是蚊蟲比較多，整個行程唯一的兩個包就是在這裏晚上睡覺時候被咬的"
