"Okay, hear me out. I know that experiences with hotel chains like these are supposed to be near perfect if not perfect. However, my experience was a mixed bag. What I liked: - Clean room, bedding/linen, restroom. - Decent number of options for breakfast including those for vegetarians and kids. - Friendly, attentive and courteous staff. - Free, convenient and easily accessible parking. It works perfectly fine. - Smooth checkout process. What could be improved: - Registration felt a little lengthier than usual. After a tiring day, I didn't like waiting in the queue for 10-15 minutes just for the check-in. - Intercom telephone didn't work. The technician fixed it quickly. - Some areas of the hotel don't feel that premium (like staircase, outside of the rooms etc). - We found a small lizard in the otherwise clean restroom. The housekeeping staff helped get rid of it. However, they must ensure these things don't happen to the guests before check-in."

"I have stayed in the area for a, week at another local hotel so I thought it would try this hotel everywhere was full so I booked it and was dissapointed.... I am uk person love jb love the food and generally the hotels are very good however this was not.... Good reception room OK bathroom passable clean sheets but service which for me in a must was terrible... The wifi did not work the TV was weak it said no signal I went to reception and the lady said she would reboot and I should keep rebooting my computor... It was usuless anyway I had no t no streaming nothing so it was not what I was expecting... Sorry but all the other local hotels are much brtter"

"The room we were given was not good and didn't match our request. We couldn't get a refund or even switch rooms. It was so unsatisfactory, I definitely won't be booking here again. We could even hear snoring from the room next door! Absolutely infuriating."

"Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly. I didn’t see any slippers in the room, but you can collect them from the front desk in the G lobby. The room provided a directory of nearby shopping areas and restaurants, and I really liked the scent of the shampoo they offered. The room was fairly clean, though the shower facilities may need some maintenance since the showerhead couldn’t stay in place. I also noticed reviews mentioning that the hot water wasn’t warm enough. Honestly, if you expect very hot water for showering, that might not be realistic. But for me, it was still warm and usable, and overall the bathroom was clean. The room had a nice view, and there was a chair by the window where you could sit and watch the egrets. The TV was somewhat disappointing, as it only offered local channels with limited options and no access to other networks. Another thing worth mentioning is that some earlier reviews said the air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough and was noisy. My experience was the opposite—it was definitely cold. Even with the temperature set to 21°C, it still felt chilly, though it was comfortable once I was under the blanket. The bed was comfortable, but the bedsheets may need to be replaced, since white fabric makes any stains very noticeable. I unexpectedly fell asleep early and had a very restful night. In the morning, I definitely didn’t want to miss breakfast, since that was one of the things I was looking forward to. The selection was quite good, though the drinks felt a bit limited for me. The rooftop sky garden had no lighting at night, so I decided not to go up. Before checking out in the morning, I went to take a look. The space isn’t very big, and it’s a pity that much of the view is blocked by wooden decorations, though the other side has a nice open view. There’s also a small lounge area in the G lobby with drinks and snacks. Drinks naturally attract ants, so I did notice some—but it was still within expectations. "The neighborhood around the hotel is really good especially if you're looking for a quiet yet convenient one because there are a lot of food/drink stores including MacDonald right in front of the hotel, convenience stores like 7/11, Family Mart and even a gym in front of the hotel as well. Both the room and bathroom are quite spacious and clean also. Another good thing is that the hotel not only give new water bottles on every housekeeping but also has a water dispenser at the lobby for everyone to refill water anytime. The only bad thing I experienced was that the rooms are not that sound-proof at all since I can hear the guests speaking from the room beside us at night and early in the morning as well. Overall, the hotel seems reasonable for the price with its location and cleanliness for me."

"Hotel air con is just cool not very cold type. Bed is so so only. Hotel provide toothbrush kit, coffee, tea and bottled mineral water. Towels ok. Bed cleanliness can be improved cos I had an allergic reaction to the bedsheets. Lips became swollen after contact the sheets 😟. Also the pub nearby is very noisy till around 3 to 4am in the morning so quite difficult to sleep. Breakfast was good though. The food although small serving but tasty and front desk staff is friendly and helpful."
