When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around.
"The place was nice and had a good view. However, some home essentials were missing, such as a pitcher and drinking water, and the refrigerator had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the stay was okay. Also, if you plan to use the pool, bring some extra cash, as it costs 500 per person."

We had a great stay at this room. The room is big and everything you need is there. They’re very accommodating with my inquiries even before booking. A lot of building amenities like pool, court, pet shop and a convenience store for a quick shop. Although we were not able to use the pool as it is open only during weekdays for guests. We will definitely book this again.

Guest UserI used to ignore those play areas at hotels, thinking it was silly for hotels to have them until i became a mom and badly needed a designated space for my child to play. It was clean, safe, bright and colorful. Play areas attendants were kind enough to turn off the screen upon request since my child was alone when we went there.

Anonymous UserI was here for 2night. And I didn't expect that they don't allow to cook, yes because they don't have stove and other cooking materials, that's why I was disappointed. And the TV was hard to open you need to have a patience to this, and for my 1day the heater is not working but when I message the owner they sent somebody to fixed and it works but only to the small shower not the main shower what i mean the big one.But that's fine. And since I was pregnant and I told them that it has a lot of roaches the cleaner want to spray something but I told him never mind. But over all it was ok.

Anonymous UserThe room was spotless and well-lit. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a really restful sleep. All the facilities worked perfectly, the bathroom had great water pressure, and the soundproofing was also quite good. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The location is convenient for getting around, yet the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Overall, it's excellent value for money, with great attention to detail in their service. My experience exceeded expectations, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe area is near a lot of restos, shops, convenience stores, banks, market, and hospital. Room is clean and spacious, the staff are accommodating. However, the shower heater did not work for the whole stay. Although maintenance staff tried to fix it, they were unable to and only gave me an extra electric kettle for hot water. It was very hassle and inconvenient. The wifi was very unstable, so I couldn't use it for my own gadgets, and for the room TV as well.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was not as clean as expected, and some amenities were not functioning properly. While the staff tried to assist, the overall experience could have been better. I hope management takes steps to improve the service.

The bed is not clean, I had itchiness throughout my whole body and developed red spots (most likely due to bed bugs). The furnishing in the hotel is very very old, not like what u see in the pictures. Overall, for this price, I could’ve booked some place better. The only plus about this hotel is the location, it’s convenient to get to anywhere within central Manila

When I came to check in on the first day, I waited for 2 hours. I said that on Trip.com, agoda and other online platforms they had cancelled the reservation but I don't know why I can still book it. I'm surprised, the customer has already decided if you don't accept it, why don't you tell me! ! Is this my fault? ! Others are acceptable, to put it bluntly, I have a small kitchenware for it.

Very simple and basic lodging. A fair deal at a central transportation hub and near big malls. The place is clean and the location is near to transportation and malls. They have toiletries available in the room. The problem only is the Wifi connection very slow even it was in the city, I think they are only using a Wi-Fi extender that doesn't even work.
