"Cleanliness of room is acceptable however furniture is dated and carpet looks old, dusty and worn out. Definitely the standard does not stand up to an accor hotel standard. Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby."

"We had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful and friendly staff member, Z. She had the patience of a saint, was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted us with all our questions, both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel was very clean and pleasant. It's also very close to the mosque, especially the women's entrance, which is conveniently within walking distance."

"Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant."
