"I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient."

"Cleanliness of room is acceptable however furniture is dated and carpet looks old, dusty and worn out. Definitely the standard does not stand up to an accor hotel standard. Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby."

"Excellent hotel for a stay near the Prophet's Mosque. Check-in was a bit slow due to paperwork. It's close to the entrance, and there's a bus stop for line 400 to Medina Airport just a 10-minute walk away. The food quality and cleanliness could be improved; the meat was dry and tough, the instant coffee unappetizing, and the croissants sticky. However, there were still some breakfast options to choose from."

"The hotel was difficult to reach directly using the contact details provided in the hotel's information. However, I was able to request approval for my stay through Trip.com's chat service. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the booking system for OTA reservations, which caused a significant delay in getting our room. The facilities were quite basic; they only provided paper cups in the room and refills were by request. We booked a triple room but received a room with four beds, making it very cramped. On the upside, the location is excellent, very close to Gate 307 of the Nabawi Mosque courtyard. Because of this fantastic location, I believe I would book this hotel again if I return for Umrah. I hope they can improve their facilities and services in the future."

"Location is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant."

Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah.
