"This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was very satisfied with the clean, spacious room with an ocean view. I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The service was quite good. I will definitely return here."

"For being such an expensive high end hotel I did expect things to be cleaner in the hotel room. You could see the basic easy perimeter of cleaning in the bathroom especially. There were some stains on the bedding as well that instantly gave my face a look. Arrived on a Friday evening and checked out for a late departure and no one was ever in our room to restock so we had to call and ask for more towels which wasn’t that big of a deal we just had a lot of garbage in our room from the weekend and a mound of dirty towels. It was an extremely busy weekend there as we were there for volleyball tournament and everything was pretty much booked up! I think the “resort fees” were really unnecessary as we didn’t even get to do much and my kids just all walked around and people watched and paying $1000 just for the regular hotel price is enough. It was a stay to play event so we had no other options in staying elsewhere. Restaurants inside were mediocre and outrageously expensive!! I just felt like it was a money pit and that’s the only intention it had. We were on the 15th floor and did get a great view of the sunrise/sunset right around the corner from our hotel door and I think that was the only thing we actually enjoyed there."

"This hotel was a good choice very clean very posh selection I love how the hotel had two sides one side updates stayed on the updated side the guests at the hotel were very friendly staff members were friendly it was an amazing time"

"The hotel location near beach-side and offers easy access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable for the price. Staff were generally polite but you have to ask for helpful when needed. Some facilities and furnishings could use updating, and the overall experience was satisfactory rather than exceptional. Overall, it was an acceptable stay and met basic expectations."

"We stayed at the recently remodeled MGM Tower because it was supposed to be superb but the furniture already shows wear and tear, the parking lot is difficult to access and cleanliness was just average with crumbs and some hair on the floor."

"Stayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in."

"The service of Sheraton is still very good. After all, it is a brand hotel and will not damage its own reputation. The hotel is located right next to the NJ railway, so it is very convenient to take the train back from New York. You don't even need to use Uber, you can just walk across the street. There is a lounge on the 19th floor of the hotel, which is open 24 hours a day. Although it only provides simple snacks, the coffee machine is from Starbucks, which is very good."

"Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range."

"The location was great but definitely not worth $300 for the night. The floors looked updated with laminate flooring and furniture appeared kinda new but everything else was old. The room smelled of smoked, ceiling and floors had cracks all over, the tiniest and skimpiest towels. The hotel needs a major renovation in general. If we didn’t need to get a room last minute, I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Great experience! The show and the food was excellent. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone for a weekend getaway."
