"We booked a two-bed room with a sofa bed, which was pretty good. There is Macy's nearby, although the merchandise is limited and the styles are old. It is recommended to ask the front desk for a room with a better view. The front desk service is average."

"We had higher expectations for Renaissance in terms of hardware and amenities. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good for the price. “Starbucks” is NOT a real Starbucks, just a counter service with a coffee machine. The staff in charge were not very professional and the machine was malfunctioned when I tried to make a purchase."

"#positive #I was happy with the Room Size, Convenience of Transport; #negative #I was disappointed with the Hotel Smell, Nearby Restaurants; Can't afford to stay at Hyatt Hotel in China. It's also expensive and low in foreign countries. As soon as the automatic door of the lobby opened the damp, rotten musty smell came on my face. I knew it was finished. Sure enough, the old room was even more unbearable! When choosing the hotel, seeing the renovation in recent years, the fact is, no! Not recommended"

"Location was great! We were greet as soon as we arrived and staff was friendly and welcoming! Room was clean! We did take advantage of free breakfast and everything was good and plenty of food out at all times! Only suggestion is if someone could wipe down tables that would be nicenice!"

GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.

GGuest UserMy husband is disabled and I have to bring his big oxygen machine and scooter with us . The valet Parker’s were incredible as soon as we pulled up they had the scooter all put together and the heavy oxygen machine out of the car. It was amazing. We own side was the food for room service my chicken was very large and dry. But on the good news they didnt charge me for it they were very apologetic. Room was very clean overall great stay I would stay there again.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel 2/19-2/23 and was in 4 different rooms in 4 nights. The first room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. We were switched right away. The second room windows had phallic symbols drawn all over them, there were no shelves or towel bars in the bathroom and a permanent shower door that only covered half the shower so water went all over the floor. We had disturbances in the hallway at approx 1:30a both nights and no one is at front desk from 11p - 7a to handle the situation, they expect you to call the police. The third room was small (we didn't care) with balcony and ocean view. No hair dryer, which we requested and never received. However, french doors that connected to the room next door. They had a lock but didn't shut all the way and had a huge gap.(pics attached) This is a huge issue for many reasons. Safety - as the occupants pulled on the doors at 10:30p and could have pulled hard and pulled them open. Disturbing - they were so loud and with the gap, we might as well have been in the same room because we could hear their entire conversation. They were loud from 10:30p - 11:30p and then again from 1:15a - 3a. This room is clearly an extension of the suite and no one should be allowed to stay in there that doesn't know the people staying in the suite, let alone charge them for it. Finally the fourth room - had ocean view and balcony but the shower handle came off when I turned it on, again no shelves or towel bars, the half shower door and we were woken up at 12:30a but what we think was power-washing going on in the kitchen outside because the generator was so loud.
The front desk receptionists tried to be as helpful as they could in switching our rooms. One of them did reimburse us our resort fees of $60 (which turned out they only did half). But it took time out of our vacation each day to talk with them and come in from the beach to pack, switch rooms and unpack our things. 2 of the 3 floor hallways we were in smelled like marihuana every time we got off the elevator. The Tiki Bar food and drinks are good although they are slow. The staff was vocal on 3 different occasions to us about them being short staffed.
I sent 3 emails to the general manager Mike Lang and left several messages with the front desk. He finally called to tell me he had passed on my email to someone named Sarah to reach out (his boss). He explained he was sorry for our issues and understood where we were coming from but that he couldn't do anything except offer a free night. Considering the trouble we went through, the fact that I don't know when my friend and I could come back and one night is not enough, I said we would prefer reimbursement. He did reimburse us the other half of the resort fees ($30). I asked him for Sarah's contact information and he wouldn't give it out and told me she would be in touch. I have sent 2 follow up emails to him that I haven't heard from her and have got nothing.
This is not how anyone expects to spend their vacation. Time consuming and frustrating to say the very least. It is even more aggravating that they are not responding to try to make it right. I've reported this hotel to the BBB and am awaiting a response.

DDutchiesDuring our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless.
After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean.
In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile.
This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a distance from the Hollywood airport, but when I called and asked for a shuttle, a driver came within 20minutes to pick me up. He gave me rather poor directions as to where to meet him, so I waited and texted him off and on for another 20 minutes before I was actually picked up.I wasn't familiar with the airport, so I did the best I could with my two pieces of luggage. Once at the hotel, I had paid for a room with two queen bed, but told the front desk lady I really preferred a king bed.She told me she couldn't change the room because I paid through a third party.The manager offered to help me with my luggage and I then asked him if I could get a room with a king size bed after seeing several small, loud children in the room next to mine.He was very nice and placed me in a quiet room with a king size bed in the back of the hotel. I finally got some sleep after a long flight.
There is a restaurant on the premises, but the only thing I could really order in the sandwich category was a delicious, thick hamburger that took over 35 minutes to serve.There was a comedian in the next room who wasn't funny and just three other people there and nobody else in the small restaurant.The service was slow and the humor was southern.
The room was spacious, all the lights worked, and the bed was comfortable.The shower/tub area was ancient, but had quick hot water.
I really can't recommend this hotel in good faith after all the inconvenienced I endured.
Because of all the inconveniences after a long trip from San Diego, I can't really recommend this hotel in good faith.

QQINLUThe biggest problem is that the train is too close to the train until twelve o'clock at night and noisy and can't sleep, so I have to put earplugs into my ears, which is uncomfortable and affects the quality of sleep. This problem cannot be solved
