"The location is great, the front entrance can lead to the water taxi and river, whereas other side entrance is the shopping area where the patrons can go shopping and a great variety of cafe and restaurant, though the supermarket is about 10-15 minutes walking distance. The lift is too small which only two people with luggage."

"Never was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything. Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details."

"The front desk service was extremely inefficient, with a very long check-in line. We booked two rooms through Ctrip using one account, but the hotel front desk initially reported that they could only find the subscription for one room, then left us waiting. After contacting Ctrip customer service, the hotel front desk was able to find our subscription information again, and the entire check-in process took over an hour. The breakfast was very monotonous, lacking even pork and eggs."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. Le stanze sono spaziose, pulitissime e molto confortevoli. Un dettaglio che ho apprezzato molto è la qualità dei prodotti da bagno (shampoo, creme, saponi) – tutti di marca ottima e curati nei minimi dettagli. La colazione era davvero buona e abbondante. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, anche se mi permetto di dare un piccolo consiglio: sarebbe bello trovare cappuccino e succhi freschi, visto che erano disponibili solo quelli dalla macchina. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, quindi non posso dare un giudizio su quella parte. Unica nota dolente: alla reception si parlava solo inglese. Questo può creare qualche difficoltà a chi non ha familiarità con la lingua. Detto ciò, tornerei volentieri in un Hampton Inn in futuro. Consigliato!"

"2/12/26 In my experience, the customer service fell short of expectations and could benefit from noticeable improvement. A welcoming demeanor and simple courtesy—such as a genuine smile—can significantly enhance a guest’s experience. While I did not have particularly high expectations given the name “The Red Carpet Inn,” I still anticipated a reasonable standard of hospitality and upkeep. Unfortunately, the property did not fully meet those expectations. The overall odor within the facility was unpleasant and could certainly be addressed. Although the cleanliness was acceptable for an inn of this category, it lacked the freshness and attention to detail that would make guests feel comfortable. Aesthetically, the rooms appear outdated and in need of renovation. The addition of a few brightly colored furniture pieces seems to be an attempt to give the impression of recent remodeling; however, these accent pieces do little to disguise the overall condition of the space. The updates feel superficial rather than substantive—more cosmetic than structural. My wife and I only needed a place to rest for a few hours before catching a flight later that evening, and for that limited purpose it sufficed. However, I would not consider staying here for more than one night, and even that would be with hesitation. Additionally, the “closet” was not a true closet at all. It consisted merely of an exposed wall-mounted rod with no enclosure or doors, which further contributed to the unfinished and poorly designed feel of the room. Overall, while the property may serve as a very short-term stopover, there is significant room for improvement in customer service, atmosphere, and genuine modernization. Bright Spot would only be the Shuttle to the Airport that is included at checkout. This would be there saving grace."

"It was okay. The front desk is in a different build a block away from the room. 2 block walk for the free breakfast. Which was average. All in all a pretty good place"
