Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem"

"I looked at all the BWI airport hotels carefully before booking, and decided that the Westin was probably the best. Now having stayed there I'm pretty sure I was right. The place is clean and modern, with a spacious lobby and updated design in the rooms. The blackout curtains are some of the best I've ever seen: I woke up at 8:30am convinced it was still the middle of the night. The bathroom has a great shower, was clean and fully stocked with towels. Really everything I could have asked for."

"This was a decent budget hotel provided you stay in the updated premium rooms until they stopped airport pick up shuttle services which also used to drop one off at the nearby MARC AMTRAK Station. Though an older motel, staff was the best. I have used this for the past 3 years. Staff is very good at their work and have a smile.. Always.I hope they return their shuttle service. Even if it is for limited hours."

"I was only there from around 10pm until 7am so I didn't get a lot of time to really rate it. But my room was super clean and it was very comfortable. I could open the window which I really love being able to do and meant I could turn off the fan/air conditioning ... which was a good thing also because it was an old and pretty noisy unit. I would have liked more light in the bathroom. It had a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was surprisingly good with nice bacon, potatoes and tasty eggs, juice, pastry options. It was only around 20 mins from downtown Baltimore. All the staff I dealt with were friendly. I would stay there again."

"I made a reservation for a week, but unfortunately had a problem at the airport and couldn't check in on the scheduled day. I called before my arrival requesting a change of dates by email and phone. The attendants showed no interest and hung up on me without offering any solution. I asked for a refund, they ripped me off and started denying contact requests from Trip.com. Furthermore, while I was staying at the hotel, the manager instructed me to cancel the reservations through the app for a refund and discount. When I cancelled and paid in cash, the manager continued to ignore the *********** acceptance request for the refund. I fell victim to a scam by the management of this $500 hotel. So my warning is to look for another hotel, because their policy is not honest with guests."

"Pet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼"

"Ik ben zeer tevreden over mijn ontvangst bij binnenkomst. Shuttle service vanuit het vliegveld naar het hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mij meteen een goede eerste indruk gaf. Ook de roomservice was uitstekenden het personeel in het restaurant verdient een extra compliment-vooral Gita, die met haar gastvrijheid en professionaliteit mijn verblijf nog aangenamer maakte. "We arrived at Baltimore Airport at 1am and called the front desk to make an appointment for a free shuttle bus. We waited about ten minutes. The driver of the shuttle bus the next day was very nice and sent us directly to the airport Hertz car rental. Breakfast in the lobby on the first floor is 9.9 US dollars, and the service is also very good."
