"For an older hotel the room was nice and clean. Two free bottles of water. For the price it was a good place to stay. The only thing that was bad was the low water pressure in the shower and no hair dryer. Breakfast was good."

"Decent hotel to stay one night. Close to the airport and the shuttle service was very helpful. The room facilities were fine, but the cleanliness was not the best. There are some places to eat around the place, so it's another advantage. I will definitely stay here again if necessary."

"Overall pretty good. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel has a shuttle bus. You only need to tell the front desk what time to leave, and then get down early and wait for the bus to the hotel. Everything is very convenient."

"Due to flight delay, I arrived at the airport at 2am, but the hotel front desk service was very poor. The shuttle bus is shared with other hotels, but I called 3 times and they couldn't tell me clearly which bus I should take. They even hung up the phone casually. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself. The hair dryer in the room was broken. I couldn't blow dry my hair after washing it at 3:30am. It was too bad."

"Uber was about 5 minutes/13 dollars away, so the shuttle was not used
The female staff were very friendly.
The building was old, but it was well maintained, clean, no bugs at all, and there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
The air conditioner and ventilation facilities work well, and it was very cheap to sell drinks and water for 1.5 dollars on vending machines in the hallway. Cool water is also sold at the front desk. There was almost everything I needed.
The water pressure in the shower is not weak, but the water pressure in the toilet is weak, except that the water has to be dropped twice, everything is fine. The street lights around the building were bright all night and there were 24-hour facilities such as McDonald's around, so the security was good. Satisfied."

Environment: The swimming pool downstairs is open until 9 o'clock. The children downstairs have a lot of fun, but for those who just want to have a good rest, they have to wait until after 9 o'clock. The corridor design of this hotel is very good, but if you encounter this situation, it will be very bad.
Service: Breakfast is also average. There are not many varieties, and the bread is hard. Hahahaha, I thought it was a baguette"

I want to drink hot water to go to the coffee table in the lobby. The mattress bedding is very comfortable."

GGuest UserThe hotel is just opposite the light rail airport station. You can walk to the light rail station from the airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 20 minutes, and many crews stay overnight here.
The hotel room is like an old five-star hotel with outdated facilities in China. There are vending machines, microwaves and ice machines near the room. It's just that the hotel front desk is extremely inefficient. We arrived at 1 pm. The two groups in front of us were talking and laughing for more than ten minutes, and the guests who arrived by shuttle bus behind were left there, speechless.

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Detroit, the hotel had a driver pick-up, just call the front desk in advance, very fast, from the airport to the elevator to the 2nd floor, there is a sign, come here for business trips do not want to run too far, there are fast food and Starbucks around, the front desk is also very warm, the accommodation experience here is very good, Next time I have a chance to come and live here.

The convenience of this location, just minutes from the airport, made my travel stress-free. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully.
From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was plush and inviting, providing the perfect environment for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the fast Wi-Fi and the in-room coffee maker, which made my stay even more convenient.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of my stay. With a nice variety of options, from fresh fruit to hot items like eggs and waffles, it was a great way to start the day before heading out.
