"I stayed at the hotel at night, obviously renovating, and asked me to add money to upgrade the room to see the Parliament Building. I got up early and opened the curtains. The front desk clerk was a bit pitted."

"The hotel is very close to the NBA stadium in Sacramento, within 10 minutes of walking; there is an elevated on the side, the noise is OK; the bed is soft (I am a little uncomfortable for the hard bed, but the beds in the United States hotels are very soft, this hotel is still hard); the bathroom is clean; The rest of the hotel is good, but one thing that is unacceptable is that there is actually a piece missing in the middle of the blackout curtain. It is estimated that the air conditioner is installed below, and the upper is not easy to get, but other hotels that also install air conditioning below will use other methods to fill this blackout curtain. I hope this empty place can fill the curtains so that tourists can have a better sleep."

Its location is excellent, right by Capitol Park and close to the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, Midtown restaurants, shopping, and downtown attractions. "In order to visit relatives, I chose a hotel close to their home. The average room rate is close to 300 US dollars per night. In terms of 2000 RMB per night, the room is constantly dusty, the carpet is not very clean, there may be too many tourists, and there is no way to do it properly. During the 4 days of staying, there were 2 big and one small, and I had been informed in advance, but I had to be informed again every day to provide an extra set of bath towels. The sheets on the bed were not long enough, so a piece of the cleaning pad was leaked, and even the pillows were forgotten after making the bed... For cleaning, the lamps were put on the head of the bed and forgot to put back... Little things like that. The sound insulation of the room is very poor, except that through the bathroom ventilation duct, you can hear the sound of cars whizzing by on the street outside. On the third day of check-in, there is a large-scale wedding, and the party next door will last until 12:30 in the morning. The front desk informed several people Only once did I give up. The location is not bad, close to the old city, state capital... But because it is located in the downtown, there are a lot of young people. On the second night of our stay, we met Blink182's performance. The plaza, nearby stores and restaurants were full of fans, and the air was filled with a strong smell of smoke. What's more, breakfast can only be ordered to the room. There is no restaurant that provides breakfast, and there is no supermarket (the hotel does not provide water, and there will be an extra fee for asking for water at the front desk). It is not used to and inconvenient for children. More business-oriented and young, Posh! The hotel swimming pool is good, but it is a pity that it is open until 7:00 in the evening. A bit early for Sac summer. Overall, this is a hotel suitable for young people, not for family travel. The hotel staff is pretty good. It's just that I am personally older, so I probably won't come back to this hotel next time."

"Stay in the city center, mainly to attend the Golden One graduation ceremony, it is convenient to walk there, and you can also go to the old town by the river to see the old train station that is still in use, and visit the memorial hall of the construction of the Pacific Railway in the United States. The ticket is $12, and there are English explanations. If you are not good at English, remember to install a translation software. I also found Sacramento Chinatown, but there are not many people in the downtown streets during the day, and I always feel a little scared. The public parking lot next to the hotel is $20 a day. Of course, if it is valet parking, it may be $45. It is parked in one place, which feels unnecessary. The credit card mortgage is released slowly. It has not been released for more than a week. The credit card bill has been showing that it has not been credited. Of course, it may also be the reason for the temporary change of room type. When booking, the room type shows that the king-size bed room can accommodate four adults. I thought I could have a sofa bed, but when I got to the room, I saw a big bed and a small sofa. I negotiated with the front desk for a long time and changed to a room with a sofa bed. They promised that there would be no additional charge. Now I don’t know what the result is. The people have left, so I can only let it go. There is also an old building next to it, which was the former county court. It is now the county jail and is still in use."

"The hotel is large and spread out across a vast area. It is situated in the heart of Sacramento, making it easily accessible to visit downtown and other areas. Many good restaurants are nearby. The building is old, probably built in the 80s, but the rooms are remodeled, clean, and spacious. The price for a Sunday stay in June was very affordable, which is why we chose this hotel. The only complaint is the confusing shower. The blue dot indicated hot water, and the red dot indicated cold water. No instruction or warning sign, so my daughter had to take a cold shower. We thought the hot water was out, so called a maintenance guy, who came right away and was friendly, by the way. This was a more affordable option in a safe and convenient area, suitable for a family budget trip. And, of course, we loved the welcome cookies!"

A perfect hotel—I would say you truly get what you pay for. My husband and I really appreciated the early check-in at 9:30 a.m. We were very tired and wanted to rest, and even though we didn't request an early check-in, the staff automatically accommodated us. We were pleasantly surprised by their thoughtfulness. The room was perfect—spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I honestly couldn't find anything lacking. There was also complimentary drinking water available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. All of the receptionists were incredibly kind and greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, and we really enjoyed it. I have nothing but positive things to say because this hotel provided us with outstanding comfort and an exceptional experience. Thank you so much, Hyatt House Midtown Hotel, for your wonderful hospitality. If we ever return to Sacramento, we will definitely book this hotel again. This version keeps your enthusiastic tone while making it read more naturally and professionally.

The room had a strong smell that we had to crack the window and turn on the air for the smell to go away, the place is old, so for the price of $130 a night is ok right? Well.. So I booked this room using trip.com app and because of that the front desk girl required me to pay $250 as a security deposit.. if not I had to leave, so if you add it up, to stay a night at this place in a so so room, I had to charge $129+$250 security deposit +10 parking = so after $390 I could have a night of sleep. I just hope I can get my deposit back as soon as possible. They said 5 to 7 days. So just you know before you go!

The experience is okay, the breakfast is very rich, there is a laundry room on the innermost floor of the first floor, the front desk staff are very friendly, and there is also a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy some water and other things. The room is small but adequate. There is a shuttle, but I don't want to wait. I just got off the plane and took a taxi. It's a 5-minute journey away. When I leave, I reserve a good time to take the hotel's shuttle. I wish all friends who go out to have a good mood and great wealth!

Great location if you are going to the game at Golden 1 Center. My first impression through the main hallway to the front desk was a bit unpleasant because there were many flies right at my face. The check-in/out process was very quick and smooth. I do need to call out the housekeeping service because they mistakenly came knocking in the morning twice (9am, 10am) trying to clean the room, when it was the morning or my checkout. I was in a meeting, so that was a bit disturbing.

Service was good amenities were good location was good but the room wasn’t very clean at all the bathtub was very dirty as you can see in the pictures bathroom was very bad like unacceptable the toilet was leaking water coming from the bottom of the toilet wax ring that’s a trip hazard the room doesn’t seem clean at all the bathroom door had some smeared poop on the door so that tells me that they didn’t clean the room . I also saw a big running on the ground not sure if it’s a cockroach but yeah definitely won’t stay again or I don’t recommend anyone to stay here unless they clean it .
