However, the quality of amenities such as the clean beds and bathroom was consistently high. The room is equipped with a refrigerator and a hairdryer. ・**Breakfast** Breakfast was served buffet-style and was delicious. ・**Service** English is spoken perfectly fine at the front desk. ・**Other** Be aware that the local tax amount for 'pay at property' bookings on Trip.com may differ from the actual amount charged. →It was $6 per person per night, so for 2 people for 2 nights, it was $24."

"・A few days before our stay, my travel companion lost their phone in Tashkent. We had almost given up hope, but Mr. Mirfayz and the other front desk staff went above and beyond, calling various places and eventually finding the phone for us. They provided immense support, including arranging for us to pick it up, and we successfully got the phone back on our departure day. Even though it was a problem unrelated to the hotel, the front desk offered service that went far beyond their usual scope. I don't know everyone's names, but a huge thank you to all of them. ・There were many comfortable seating areas in front of the rooms and the reception. While waiting at the front desk, a staff member brought us tourist brochures for Bukhara and explained them to us. All the staff were very friendly, and Mr. Timur, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful. ・The laundry service was prompt, meticulous, and thorough. ・It was raining and we were very tired on the day we arrived, but being able to use the pool and sauna made our stay comfortable. The pool area had many small, partitioned spaces, making it comfortable to use even with other people around. ・When we checked out, we had a taxi arranged, but the roads were closed that day, so we had to go to a pick-up point quite far away. The front desk staff carried our luggage all the way to the distant pick-up point. They helped us with so many things until the very end, and we only have good memories. Five stars aren't even enough! When I come to Bukhara again, I will definitely choose this hotel."

"The hotel was decent in most aspects, but it was really frustrating that they wouldn't refund me when I had to check out early. I booked for two nights and tried to cancel the second night on the day I checked in, which should have been fine since it was more than 24 hours in advance. The front desk told me to contact Trip.com. After Trip.com submitted the request, it took two days for them to reply, only to reject it. After a lot of back and forth, Trip.com eventually reimbursed me half the amount, so I still lost half the money. The whole experience was very unaccommodating for guests."

"This hotel is super easy to find, right next to Afanti Square. You really get a feel for the ancient city's day and night vibes while you're here. The hotel environment is lovely, and the service is excellent and friendly. We even got to check in early at 8 AM, which was a huge plus. They offer breakfast, and it's both varied and tasty. Being right in the heart of the old city means everything is incredibly convenient. Staying at Mounis Hotel in Bukhara's Old City is definitely a great choice."

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to all the main attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Because it's set back a bit from the main street, it's very quiet at night. Since it's still relatively new, the interior is clean and well-maintained. Bathrobes were provided. The staff were very kind and helpful; they offered me cold water at reception when I came back in from the heat and even set up my next destination on Yandex Go for me. The breakfast had more than enough food. On my last day, as I was getting into the taxi, a staff member came out from reception, waved, and saw me off."

"I had a wonderful stay. The most beautiful room I experienced in Uzbekistan. The hotel is built around a central open courtyard, with rooms on all sides. When you step out of your room, you’re on a balcony overlooking the space, facing the other rooms across the way. It gives the whole place a really calm, traditional feel. What truly made the stay special, though, was the hospitality. The hotel is family-run, and the owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, getting us water at night, arranging something for us to eat before a late departure, and helping organize a taxi. His son also helps run the place and he's really kind, diligent and attentive Breakfast was also very enjoyable, served in a bright and welcoming room that made mornings feel relaxed and pleasant. Overall, a warm, comfortable, and genuinely caring place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bukhara."

"The hotel was new, very nice, and well-equipped. The king-size bed was also new, and the mattress was new and firm, which we liked, and we slept very well. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous and featured local specialties. The hotel was not far from the city center, but not directly in the tourist hub. The view from the hotel to the main street might not be the prettiest, but that wasn't what we were looking for. The historic center, with its mosque and fortress complex and central square (a UNESCO World Heritage site), was easily reachable on foot."
