"This was my fifth trip to Nha Trang, but my first time staying in the Cam Ranh area, and it exceeded all my expectations. The resort was spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I had a truly relaxing stay. Even though I rarely use hotel pools, I ended up spending more than an hour there, and the complimentary float rental was a nice touch. The resort is also perfect for a peaceful walk, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and it’s an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely come back again."

"I really liked the hotel. There are very few Russians, almost none! Mostly Chinese guests, but you barely see them during the day; they swim early in the morning and at sunset! The view is beautiful, sun loungers are always available, and the grounds are very green with many pools. Breakfasts are amazing! Fruits, pastries, pho, eggs – you name it, they have it! You can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel or at the one cafe currently available there. There are many spas and one small shop selling clothes! Everything is still being set up there! It's a 30-minute taxi ride to Nha Trang. This hotel is for a very relaxed holiday, there's nowhere to go out."

"The hotel is new and beautiful. The view from the window overlooks the sea and the airport. The breakfasts are good with a wide variety of dishes, so it's hard to leave hungry. In the evening, we ordered dinner from the restaurant and had it delivered to our room. The pool is fantastic, and the water was surprisingly warm. There's also a lazy river, but it operates on a schedule. The kids' club is in a neighboring building, spacious, with a trampoline and a ball pit. We went to the beach for a swim in the sea. The beach has 'singing sand,' and the sea is crystal clear. HOWEVER, sometimes there's trash floating around (plastic bags, tubes, packaging). Otherwise, we have no complaints. There's a plaza with cafes nearby. Our impressions of the hotel are very positive! It's perfect for a beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and crowds. We would gladly come back again."

"The hotel was old but nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice but needs renovating, why can't they put shower curtains up ! Water goes everywhere and takes a long time to dry up. Location is ok for local stuff, but far away from main part of Cam Ranh. Food was good, only thing Was no hot water for tea."

"A nice hotel with a private beach. The walk to the sea takes about 10 minutes, but it passes through beautiful grounds and another hotel located on the beachfront. We were sent to this hotel's restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent. Our hotel wasn't full. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a room with a sea view. The grounds of the second, sister hotel are very beautiful. The beach is wide with fine sand, the sea is stunning, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The downside is the lack of infrastructure outside the hotel. Dinner must be served at the hotel restaurant or you have to travel to Cam Ranh or Nha Trang. The hotel does have a kitchen, but we didn't eat there. Nha Trang can be reached by taxi or bus 16. The promised free airport shuttle for stays of more than three nights was not provided."

Add: It is very strange that this building is actually composed of 8-10 different hotels, but I have checked that there is no room type for breakfast. Therefore, we 4 adults have to buy a buffet breakfast equivalent to RMB 70/person. Of course, the dishes are still quite rich, but in Vietnam, It’s more expensive, and the key is that there is no takeaway here, away from the city,
In addition, the room number is more difficult to find. They are on the dual side, the singular side, and they have to be divided into the A side and the B side. We found the room and took a lot of effort.

Around 9 PM on the day of check-in, after waiting in line for 20 minutes, the front desk suddenly told me I was overbooked?
They asked me to cancel and find another hotel?
But same-day cancellations are non-refundable, who's responsible?
I had to call Trip.com customer service, and in less than 10 minutes,
the front desk arranged this double room for me.
Originally, I booked a double room,
but considering I had an early flight the next day and needed to check out, I figured having a place to stay was enough.
I will never book any hotel in the Arena area again. I booked four nights in five days at different hotels, but the front desk was the same one each time. I also encountered two nights where they arranged two single beds for me, even though I paid for a double room.

Although I did not choose this place at first (due to the anniversary, there were many rooms available), I was really surprised because the experience was very good. The room was clean, the small balcony had a beautiful view, very chill. The staff was friendly and cute. Although the location was a bit far from the center, it was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful scenery, reasonable room layout on campus. Rich and delicious breakfast. I will come back if I have the chance!

The building is very beautiful, with a very large swimming pool and a loop swimming pool. Swimming around is very good. The hotel's buffet dinner is also good value for money. The hotel manager was very enthusiastic to give us tips on how to get a better deal by paying with a credit card. The room is large and new, with a good view of the sea. The only downside is that the hot water is not stable. Also, be careful of the Portuguese man-of-war in the second picture when you go to the beach. It is highly poisonous, so don't get bitten.

The pool is large, close to the beach and close to the airport. There is no shopping supermarket around, and you can basically spend in the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and spacious. The grounds were airy and filled with greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food suited our taste, with a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was especially impressive, with delicious seafood soup and shaking beef. Overall, the services were stable and satisfactory. Our child especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful beach, unfortunately the sea is rough so you can't swim. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Beautiful, spacious grounds.
Decent, varied breakfasts.
This was my first time staying here – the building closest to the road had a sea view. Everything was perfect.
My daughter arrived a month later. They put us in the building closest to the sea, the main one.
And oh, the horror – there were cockroaches in the room, lots of them.
They didn't fix the problem.
Even after they were exterminated, they kept crawling back out.
Which ruined the whole experience.
Although my friends got a bug-free room.
If you get a roach-free room, everything is perfect.
When the sea is calm, the entrance is shallow and sandy.

Guest UserThe hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi.
Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).
