This was a relatively new hotel and told it’s the best in central Paro. Unfortunately the sound proofing was poor, you could hear the doors slamming in other rooms, movement from other rooms on other floors, not just above us. The room was large, bathroom ok but poor quality toiletries. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with a wide selection of items, but average. Egg station at breakfast was a nice feature. If visiting again we would consider this hotel but also look at other options.

The hotel is very well located with amenities on a walking distance. The view is really breathtaking. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The room very clean, the pillows were really fluffy and the toiletries promptly supplied. I would return to this hotel at any time.

We didn’t get to stay here but we had a positive communication experience with the team here. Looks like a beautiful property and we hope to get to visit someday. The sky deck rooms look great in photos. The team was very responsive over text and calls which I appreciated.

Amazing hotel with a good local and best facilities ever. Room is very comfy and clean (highlight for the warm floor in the bathroom). Restaurant and food were delicious, be prepared to have a great butanese culinary. Last but not least, concierge guy Tandin was all the time available for us and really helped us out with everything we wished.

Stayed three nights with a group tour. Great, modern hotel with all the facilities one can expect. Rooms are big and spacious, with a view to the surrounding hills. Good location, quite close to the city center. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Things to be improved: more space for clothes; better service for checkout in the evening (I could not pay with a CC only cash).

Of all the hotels ive stayed in, Kaachi hotel is on the top of my list. Its the staff who make this hotel truly special. For 3 weeks this was my bhutanese home. It is everything advertised and more being located in the centre of Paro with open views of the city. But it is the welcoming staff that i will remember most. See you all again, hopefully soon.

The rooms in this hotel are very nice but the service overall is just so so. There is often no one at the front desk to help with things. The food was average and for some reason they wanted to charge us for a coffee in the morning if we didn’t drink instant coffee. This seemed rather absurd. Overall it is an ok hotel but there are likely better options in Paro.

This is the newest Hotel in Paro and is wonderful. Super clean, artsy, all of the personnel went over and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We were there for a business forum and afterwards our Hotel Guide showed us some fabulous sites around the country with super in depth knowledge. Bhutan is BEAUTIFUL. They had traditional dancing the last day of our visit in their recently built hotel courtyard. It is downtown Paro, so walking around the town was immediately accessible. Recommend at the highest star level. We will definitely stay again ! ! ! and again ! !! !
