Golden Phoenix Hotel-Manila

Stayed at Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila and was disappointed. Rooms were poorly maintained—faulty drains, missing towel racks, and worn-out furniture. Hallways smelled musty, and carpets were dirty. Parking was filled with dusty cars, as if abandoned. Security was questionable, and Wi-Fi was unreliable. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 AM, but when we ate at 6:30, the food already tasted old, like it had been sitting out for hours. Even the coffee was stale. Room service food was decent, but the water they served had floating residue. Staff were hit-or-miss with responsiveness. Convenient location, but not worth the stay.

It's Value For Money. The hotel is within walking distance from SM Asia Mall. Very convenient. Also the hotel is just few kilometres away from airport. It is convenient to those who has a domestic flight to catch.

We stayed for two days. Check in/ check out process not that organized. Rooms that we’ve stayed not that comfortable especially the beddings we experienced itchiness, we also reported this to the house keeping. Restaurants inside the hotel were good and yummy.
