Great location, so comfortable for the one night rest in Manila before the trip, safety area , stores and 5 minutes to terminal 3

Very dated, but for the price can’t really complain. Perfect location for T3 for arrival or departure ease. The Apartment is also right next door to the Church and Columbarium of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus, which is definitely worth a visit. Just about fitted into the shower and I’m normal build. Could do with a revamp.

The service left much to be desired, particularly regarding communication. It was challenging to reach them using the provided contact number. However, the view from the balcony was fantastic, offering a perfect sight of the swimming pool below. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the studio was disappointing, it clearly needed a thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the villas are conveniently located within walking distance of airport terminal 3. To enhance the guest experience, it’s essential that they prioritize deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas.

Terrible place! Room was not as pictured at all. Located at level 7 but elevator was not working so we had to climb up 7 stories. Book at your own risk

Room was facing a very busy street with loud road noise (motorcycles, sirens, large trucks) all night. Bathroom had a water leak on the bidet hose and hot water was sporadic. Water pressure the shower was very poor. And there were bugs in the kitchen utensil drawer.

Great place! Very close to terminal 3 of the airport. It is located in a safe area and near many stores and restaurants. You can even cook in your room. You have all the amenities of an apartment, so you can cook if you want; pots, plates, refrigerator, pans, and tv. A home away from home. Swimming pool too.
