This was definitely an excellent experience being able to enjoy Japanese luxury in the heart of Manila. I’m truly impressed with the professionalism of the staff as they treated us well and attended to our needs in delivered things on time. The staff were full of knowledge and all well presented from the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and health centre. The rooms were well presented and very clean and the rooms were just high caliber and so clean and fully stocked with amenities. After check out the Concierge Team assisted us with bags and organising a grab driver to the airport and this happened in seconds

This is a fantastic hotel, stay here! Room is so luxurious, and breakfast is fantastic nice mix of japanese western and filipino food. Gives you that luxury japanese vibe in manila.

My favorite hotel because of its big tub and very spacious room. I specifically like the combination of wood and stones that they use to design the hotel. It looks elegant.

I can't recommend Hotel Okura's Hinoki Yu's rooms enough. I'll come back here, i'll bring my parents here, its just an experience of Japan in the middle of Manila.
It was worth every penny. It was also connected to the newport mall where you can dine, watch cinema, and a 7/11 you can buy necessities from.
