GGuest UserStay was overall good. No disturbance was there. Rooms were clean and smell free. But in the service time there can be improvement. The kitchen is not serving most of the food in the menu. But the coffee was really nice. Service response time overall it was good experience.
GGuest UserBook this hotel upon the remarks on hotel. Far more better than remarks. All the staffs of hotel, from GM to receptioner, are so nice and polite while hotel itself is not that small. Good place to be if one happen to be at Patna on most of aspect from money value to comfort. Thanks to all.
PS. Visit of Bihar museum was a big surprising gift. A must place to visit in Patna.
AAlingo ChienI checked back two days later and retrieved my previously stored luggage. This time, breakfast was included for both nights, but drinks (coffee) were not. I asked the night shift front desk, and a cup of coffee was Rs.45. The next morning, I thought that since I booked the same package, the maximum check-out fee would be Rs.90 plus tax. However, the day before yesterday, the front desk quoted Rs.300. I told them I already knew the previous night that a cup of coffee cost Rs.45, and they stopped asking. Although we couldn't understand each other for a long time, they simply didn't charge me. Since I had coffee both times, I gave the front desk Rs.100 (of course, they didn't give me change). Later, the front desk that quoted Rs.300 asked for a tip, so I gave them another Rs.20. Both times, I stored my luggage (free of charge), and they insisted on charging for drinks later, which I did willingly. I'm reporting this for other guests' reference and to hope the hotel will improve. The hotel I stayed at before was much cheaper and provided the same breakfast picture, with drinks including coffee or Indian tea (refillable). Although the conditions differ, at least the guest rooms should offer breakfast options or price choices, right? This hotel doesn't have that.
GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at hotel maurya on new year’s eve, and i must say, the experience was outstanding. The hotel has clearly made some great improvements in both its services and management. This time, my stay was far better than before. I was on the map plan, and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The bhuna mutton, paired with rice and dal, was delicious, and the jaggery lauki kheer was a perfect finish. The hospitality was exceptional, with the staff ensuring that i had everything i needed. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of me, from my food to my overall comfort. I’d like to give a special mention to a few staff members who stood out: mr. Tiwari from housekeeping
mr. Javed in the restaurant
mr. Tauseef and mr. Srivastava, the dining managers
chef mr. Jha, who prepared some amazing food
at the front desk, ms. Swati singh and mr. Pankaj (if i recall correctly)
even the breakfast the next morning was fantastic. My short visit to patna was made truly memorable by the wonderful staff at hotel maurya, and i look forward to staying here again the next time i’m in the city.
GGuest UserTariff is not at all worth to stay in the room. Room size is very small. Photo of room shown on appeared to be spacious but that was not what we saw when we reached. Rooms were clean. No space to keep the luggage or walk. Food quality was good. Buffet . with so little items number items. Hardly 3 types of items were served. By the time we reached the buffet, few items were not available. Serving time was very slow in the buffet. Lot of sound from the stabilizer of AC was there, we couldn't even switch off the stabilizer. Overall an okay stay but not worth
