Very high quality five star hotel, amazing staff ready to help with anything please, very clean and large rooms, the hotel is located on a quiet beach ***** but close to the center, the beach has a private beach that you can go down to from the hotel, I highly recommend taking the room with access to the pool. My room is deluxe seaview room including breakfast and the price is very reasonable during this month.

I recently stayed at the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and sleek design. The lobby was spacious and stylish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Pattaya. It also provides free shuttle bus services to Terminal 21, Beach, and Central Festival which you can book the trip and the retuning trip from the concierge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect.

This the 2nd time we stayed in Pullman. From the first time we appreciated the location, cleanliness, beautiful beach, good service and friendly staffs especially Tong , Leo and Ammie when we had breakfast. Firstly we wanted to book sea view room but fully booked . Fortunately we got 12th floor room this time which can see sea view. That was very good. For our next leisure trip must be Pullman Pattaya G.

Highly recommend this place! Room is very clean, with all the amenities one might need including among others - toiletries in the bathroom, separate toilet, shower, sink and bathtub, washing machine, microwave, stove, separate sink for dishes, mini fridge, complimentary tea and coffee. Food in the restaurant is excellent, rooftop is a nice place to relax and enjoy sunset. Centrally located, good value for money.

The first room did not have hot water so I took cold shower at night. The technician could not fix the issue so I was moved to another room but it was not without a drama. There was some hair on the floor,, air con was not working, the safe deposit box was not working. About midnight I was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite on level 2, overlooking the pool. Breakfast buffet was so so. Enough to feed the tummy but nothing to remember. Location is excellent, beach in front, 1-2 min walk to lots of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, 7-11, Tops, street vendors, laundry, ATM, etc, Big gym with many free weights and equipment but short opening hours - 7 am to 8am only.

As always when staying at their hotels in Korat or Bangkok, it is an experience. Sitting here for breakfast and enjoying the selection. World class hotel and yes, world class mall!

Good location, feel like a true resort in the busy Pattaya. Next to Terminal 21. Lovely pools and private beach area at the end of Pattaya beach. Breakfast could be improved, Thai selection is not tasty. Our room had cigarette smell coming from AC Vent from time to time from other room. Which we understand it’s not hotel’s fault but just annoying especially at night when we sleep. Smoker should be considerate and not selfish toward others in the same building. We got upgraded to a suite which was good. But the shower tiles were super slippery! It’s not the kind of tiles to be used in wet area especially bathroom flooring. I had to put a bath math on the floor and still be super careful during shower. Very dangerous.

First of all, I would like to express my thank you to your Front desk team, they have service mind and alway smile even they are in the trouble circumstances with heavy check in, check out. The location is good itself as close to the beach and you can walk on the back of hotel to the Terminal 21, Tiffany show and a lot of massage shop with cheap prices. Unfortunately,as there are high demanded of cleaning service during the day. The house keeping team forgot to clean our room until we came back from outside around 17.45 PM. They might have some reason behind such as the manning are not enough for support the team or they use outsource housekeeping company that might have a communication breakdown. Therefore, overall is great and love to be back

Pros: nice spacious room; good variety of choices for breakfast; 24hour help desk and very responsive customer service; kids activities; complimentary snack service; kids play area; mobile app of the hotel was convenient Cons: location is quite far from beach but there is a free shuttle every hour to the beach but this bus does not go to Jomtien central area; quite a walk to convenient store or restaurant (used grab app for deliveries to solve this problem); the hotel has an event hall so weekend nights were quite noisy I would recommend this hotel to people who are traveling with kids and not planning on doing much sightseeing.
