Really great stay, the check in process is a bit strange as you have to meet outside to fill in the paperwork but everything was lovely after that, helpful staff, amazing view not only from the roof but from the room too.

The WiFi and TV completely is useless since day one.
Although they tried hard coming over numerous times.
It's still not working.
This really sums up for my 4 nights without WiFi and TV usage.

It is a good company. However, I had to ask to bring caps and a drying rack, which was done immediately. The only minus is slow internet. Free check out at 1 pm is a huge plus.

The accommodation is generally good, although the interior is a bit worn out. However, it’s well-equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron – you could easily stay here for an extended period. We stayed for three days and found it comfortable overall.
That said, there was one downside that significantly affected our experience – it was almost impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the street. Since this is located in the very center of Pattaya, the street noise was noticeable even on the 24th floor with all the windows closed.

This place has no front desk. This place has no front desk. You have to call and look for the representative of your reservation, so s/he could hand you paper works, and gave you the key of your apartment. After the initial confusions, the apartment itself is really good. Great view with kitchen and washing machine. No wonder it is so popular. I couldn't extended my stayed because there's no room left next day😭. Another reviewer also mentioned the cleaning services is slow. I had to wait for my room. YMMV. I will book this place again if I can.

Great location. Very accommodating landlord, she let me check in almost 2 hours before the actual check in time. Clean and spacious. The only minor issue is that the housekeeping doesn’t make up the room until very late in the afternoon.
