The all new Z8 is my new place to stay in Jomtiem, Pattaya. It is super quite, all new amenities, including high thread bedding and towels which is a luxury at this price. It's a just a few minutes away from the beach by foot, plenty of restaurant, shopping, and massage options near by. Kudos to John and his family for their hospitality and help.

Do not be fooled by the rating. This is an average hotel at best. The high rating appears to be the result that is it a hotel owned by Chinese for the Chinese tourists who give five out of five. There is no restaurant or swimming pool. The rooms are clean, but I had to display the door sign to clean the rooms daily in my multiple day stay. There are warning signs about smoking in the rooms which is a good thing, however the Chinese staff and owner family freely smoke in the lobby and the second-floor hallway can reek of tobacco at times. Most of the staff do not speak English and I had a hard time with one trying to explain how to use the television. This is not a hotel for the non-Chinese tourist who visits Jomtien, stay away.

The room was very clean and the supplies were complete, including toothpaste, toothbrush, and sanitary napkins! There was a language barrier when communicating with the aunt, but the boss solved it in seconds. The boss was a little boy who looked young. He basically replied to WeChat in seconds, which made me feel safer. The beach was just 100 meters away, and the sunset was super beautiful. There was a super delicious and cheap restaurant nearby. I forgot what it was called. There was a super big Bodhi tree in the restaurant!

It's OK. It's not quite the same as in the photos, but Saudi Arabia is very quiet and suitable for the elderly and children to live in. If you like living, you have to walk a little further. Overall, it's OK.

The room is clean and tidy. There are ladies' bags in the room. The boss is very nice. I forgot to bring a bath towel when I was playing in the water, so the boss lent me one. The boss is Chinese and there is no barrier to communication. 😁
