This is the third time we stay in royal cliff as family trip. Still enjoy the stay as so many things to explore. Pool water is bit cold in Dec. We didn’t swim much but still enjoy the stay . Breakfast is good choice, so recommend to buy it together when stay 😀

Bit dated. And the location is a bit annoying there is no 7/11 very close. There are some nice restaurants nearby tho. The pool is really nice

I’ve been told that Pattaya is a very good place to visit in Thailand but I will admit that the best thing in Pattaya is this hotel. The views, pools, rooms, food & service are a god tier. Plus the sunset looks beautiful from the pool side. Must recommend anyone looking for a good hotel, go for this!!

beautiful scenery! swimming pools are very enjoyable with good view, especially spectacular during sunset! spacious room. location - close to some restaurants on the cliff, and not far from centre.

The hotel is okay. The best part about it is its location. It is a bit old and the service wasn’t that good considering they charge service fee. Will I stay there again? Probably wouldn’t. But it was worth a try.

Great location, beautiful swimming pools, but unfortunatelly old and dirty room, balcony full of bird excrements, dust on furnitures, unknow hair on bathroom, unacceptable for room paid this price
