Best Bella Pattaya

Disappointed at the location it is not on the beach front and in fact is quite a long way from any beach. The hotel free shuttle to the main area is never working. The internet in the room is never working, the cable TV is never working, only Thai TV channels mainly news and shopping with some Thai sports mainly boxing. The restaurant was closed after breakfast. There is nothing less than about 12 to 15 minutes walk away I mean nothing. Security fencing from other hotels and building sites which makes the walk hot and boring. I ended up using Grab taxis most days which added considerably to the cost of my stay. Many families and the children seemed to be having a good time. But for a single solo traveller I didn't feel comfortable using the small swimming pool or any of the amenities because of the amount of children. On the plus side the room was big and the cleaner was excellent. The air con was good. I wish I had booked a seat view. My balcony did overlook the pool but also the rather ugly roof tops and back of nearby buildings. The water in the hotel both in the bathroom and even the fountain near reception stank I bought a bottle of perfume and sprayed everywhere, more added expense. I have been a regular visitor to the Pattaya area for more than thirty years. There are much better hotels near the beach with everything working at cheaper prices, in fact I moved to one today 😍

Beautiful view from the hotel. There are parking outside and inside the hotel which are great.  Breakfast is good. 👍 Overall is great with location, price and reception.   Unfortunately, there is only an unpleasant smell in our room 🥹😅. We knew that the building is old but the smell of the room is absolutely disgusting 🤮.  We tried to open the door and the windows but it didn’t help much 🥹.  So we finally bought a fragrance spray it out for our room so that we could stay and go to bed  🛌 .

Good location, Good buffet lines, and nice room with stairs to go swimming pool

Good service and nice view. Nice breakfast and hotel location turn around after beach road but city bus around Beach road. Easy to go back.

Quiet location, In small lane with 5 minutes walk to the main road and terminal 21, from that point can conveniently travel around

Best Bella is hands down the best in Pattaya! The breakfast is simply sumptuous, with a different menu every day. The kitchen staff is polite and attentive. The hotel itself is stunning, and my kid absolutely loves staying here. The rooms are big and spacious, and my daughter can’t get enough of the bathtub. We will definitely be coming back!
