New facilities, friendly staffs, overall satisfied.
The location is a little bit far from Pattaya downtown so recommended to rent a car or motor bike.

This a new hotel or at least the cleanliness would suggest that. It has quality fitting throughout. The swimming pool is good and the view
towards Jomtein is good.
There is many qualilty bars aroung the area along with restaurants. In this hotel I got there 4 hours before check-in, however I went to leave my luggage there,
but I was provided with a room anyway. Great service and reception staff speak good English.

Smelly room, got a new one, next to the noisy elevator. Next to the main road, but not much noise from the street if you stay at the back side.

Looks recent at first side but very old towels, loud airco, bad isolation (can hear the cars) and staff service is poor
