Although the hotel is bit old but they still maintain the hygiene and sanitation. Location is very good as everything is so close and even Indian restaurants are also easily accessible. Overall, very good experience.

The hotel is dated and unclean, the toilet in the room smells of drains.
Unfortunately, the pool area is very dated and looks nothing like the online pictures, water actually looks brown.
Area is very loud, during the Songkran festival there were 4/5 large speakers at the entrance to the hotel blasting music out to the pubs etc opposite in the street, this was constant throughout day and night. This made starting in the hotel unbearable as it was endless loud music, not much thought for the guests who were all rightly unhappy.
Staff seemed nice and friendly.
Hotel is near beach.

The Hotel stay was fantastic with tradition fell and well maintained. Fantastic sea view looking into a beautiful sunset at 5.30pm.
Walking distance to the beach, as well as the Night Food Market for food and Night Drinking Pub for a relaxing night.

Perfectly nice with so little tourists that normally annoys, make sounds and behave badly.
This goes for Foreigners as well as Thais.
Now one could use the pool without any issues and spend both days and nights comfortably.
