At the reception they took the slide for 500 baht and returned it upon departure. The condominium is located a 10-minute walk to the fish market, where there is always fresh seafood, and they can cook it there. It takes 5 minutes to get to Terminal 21 by sangtel. Near 7:11, there is a street with local food, in the mornings until lunch the kitchen opens with local breakfasts, donuts, pastries.
The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, we lived on the 8th floor, overlooking the sea. Dogs barked at night, earplugs helped. Sometimes cockroaches came at night, we took all the waste from the room out of the room in the evening, there were practically none of them.
There is a pool in the yard, but no one swam there with us. There is a paid water machine 1l -1 baht, a paid washing machine 40 baht.
Sink by the front door, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, two mugs, two glasses, no knife, bought at 7:11.
It's an 18-minute walk to the beach of a 5-star hotel. The water is muddy, not very muddy, as in the whole of Pattaya.

The shower water flows weakly. But there is a water heater that works well. Toiletries include liquid soap, shampoo and a shower cap. The towel has a strange smell.
