Great stay in lovely hotel.
The staff service is excellent and extremely courteous and polite.
I stayed in a superior room which was large, comfortable and very clean.
The location is perfect being near the beach but also near Beach road 2 so catching baht buses is easy.
Breakfast is good with a varied choice of foods.
I look forward to my next vacation in Pattaya hopefully staying here again.

I had a room on the 12th floor in the Chic Tower which was really good: very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, very quiet. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of variety. My only complaint is that the WiFi signal wasn't good, it kept cutting out or was non-existent at times, but overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

Travellers that are travelling with family and have never been to Pattaya should not consider this Hotel, it’s beside the busiest night street, it gets very lowdly thru the night, the hotel service is not well trained and the room is very old.

If you are in Pattaya to party all night it’s great location, if you want to sleep before 4am then don’t stay here.

This hotel is fantastic! The service is excellent, located right in the heart of Pattaya. The restaurant offers delicious food, and the swimming pool is perfect for kids to enjoy. Getting around is a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for families looking for a great stay!
