3-Star Hotels in Pattaya

Great location - a few mins walk from the beach and shops. Nice pool and sun areas. Great house keeping staff and cleaners too. SINE from the front desk who does the morning shift is amazing! Make sure to try out the little fruit stand outside the hotel in the evenings too - quality fruits with reasonable prices.

Overall you get what you pay for,the hotel in bang in the middle off a busy main street and plenty go on day and night. Staff very helpful and friendly, room service in the morning did a fantastic job. I stayed in Room 604 it was very noise at night and music finished at 3am,this is not down to the hotel,just the busy night life in the area. Can always ask for a different room. I would go back to Stay again

The reception is very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean, cool air conditioning, complete with amenities. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but there isn't much parking. You have to park next to each other or park in the alley.

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

Hotel is in a fantastic location right near all the action. Room slightly out dated but was big and clean. Had a Grand Deluxe room which I think could have had a microwave and 3/4 fridge not a small bar fridge. Has 2 pools which were adequate and a small gym. Breakfast was good and a variety. If you want to be away from tourist groups book a Deluxe room up. Stayed here a few times and would recommend it.  Five minute walk to Tree Town where all  the main bar areas  and restaurants are in saying that bars and restaurants a plenty near Hotel. Had an enjoyable stay.

This condo building is quite large. Since many condo owners here have their own private rental businesses, my criticism is limited to just one. This room's housekeeping is incredibly negligent. Bed bugs are present on the bed and sofa. We initially experience intense itching, and I later recognized that there was a beg bug problem. There is a blood-like stain on the pillow inside the thin pillow case. The housekeeping staff promised to fix the TV the following day, but after five days, they never show up. Additionally broken is the washing machine for laundry. Again, the housekeeping promised to take care of it the following day, but during my 5 days stay they never show up . Please don't reside here if you require a TM30 for a resident certificate. They can’t issue it like regular hotel.

The location is a bit far from the main attraction, which is terminal 21 and Soi 6. But the room itself is quite big for the price you pay.

I see a bunch of people complaining about the old design, but I kind of like it! It adds to the charm of the hotel. I personally did not have problems with my room and the room was also pretty spacious with a comfy bed, generous with pillows. The pool was very nice and clean. However, the gym, sauna, and steam rooms were not held up as good as everything else in the hotel. The gym was small and doesn't look that well-maintained. While the sauna was okay, the steam room looked dirty; when the steam switches off, that's when you can see the actual state of the room. Otherwise, the room and the common areas of the hotel were clean. Location wise, it is a really good spot if you want to access Jomtien Beach, budget friendly bars, and numerous Thai restaurants. It is a lengthy walk to Jomtien Night Market, though. But I personally don't mind the 15-20 minute walk. Despite being in a bustling area, it was rather quiet making it suitable for travellers who just want to rest at night. Thank you so much for accommodating me! I appreciate the hospitality.

I saw a lot of mixed reviews on Google however I decided to give it a chance and I wasn't disappointed. Pros: Kind and helpful staff, clean rooms that were cleaned daily, a huge gym that had everything you needed, a swimming that I didn't get time to use, a good breakfast I only had it once during my stay, and a very central location. Cons: It was pretty noisy at night as there were bars nearby however it didn't disturb me too much as I'm a heavy sleeper. It might not be the ideal hotel for families. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit Pattaya.

Very nice property staff is very good bell boy atti is excellent , always with smile & helping attitude ,just the one of the lady at reception was ride during check in . Tv was old and hdmi want working so if u planning to take ur in room entertainment with you then better think again also plug & switch system is pretty old and they will take 1000 bht deposit while checking in so keep it handy and that money accounted for .
