Here is suitable if you looking for hotel budget, good location and have the parking, the room size a bit small but worth the price you’re paid. The staff are careless, they forget to activate the room card, once I reached the room the card unable to open I need to go down at reception again and activate the card, it was a bad experienced.

The hotel is in convenient location where you can easily access both Beach Roads to catch the 10 baht taxi. There are many closeby restaurants so don't worry if your booking doesn't include breakfast. The room is decent size and some room does have a small balcony which is a plus. Staff are super friendly and nice. The only downside is soundproofing not good. You can literally hear the conversation or whatever on-going on your neighbor room which might raise your imaginary. But for the price that I paid... it is very worth your money.

The hotel is very well located. Nearby is the beach and the shopping center Terminal 21, massage parlors, in general, everything is close to the center. The room is clean, they cleaned every day. We did not have breakfast, but you can always go have breakfast somewhere nearby, there are many cafes. I would like to separately note the mini water park area with a slide for children: one large slide and a small area for kids, everything is very well organized, the hotel staff constantly monitors safety in the pool, there are showers, towels. On the fifth floor there is a separate pool for adults, it is quite large, about 120 or 130 cm deep. The water was generally clean, only in the area for kids it was not so clean. What I did not like was a very old TV that does not even support YouTube, which was critically important for us and necessary for children. In the lobby there is always water or juice sometimes. The staff was polite enough and not very intrusive. If I come again, I will consider the option of staying at this hotel.

The service provided was excellent. I had requested to check in earlier and the staff went out of the way to facilitate this even upgrading the room type. On the final day, I made a huge mistake by leaving my bag with my passport in the room. Was well on the way to the airport before I realised this and the staff contacted me shortly after informing that they had the bag with them. Huge relief .. with everything in tact. Thank you.

The hotel was great! The Aircon leaves abit to be desired but definitely is better than nothing. One of our rooms had a faulty Aircon unit which turned out to be a compress fault, but they moved us into a different room with working Aircon. Great location to one of the main shopping centres and right next door to Soi 8. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here many times, normally take an upgraded room but booked late and they were very expensive so took a great deal on a standard room which was better in many ways than the upgraded room. Service as usual was great and fewer people than usual meant not the big groups of men you normally get here which can be a nuisance. Probably because of Ramadan. Altogether a great stay. Recommended nearby restaurant and bar Sailor bar, turn left out of hotel and about 75 metres on right. Inexpensive and good food and drink

Great classic hotel that mustve been the best in the 80s. A little worn out but the vibe is still there. Couldve been better with better toilet amenities.
