I had an exceptional stay at The Mood Hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch. I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the heater worked perfectly, making it a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, with the hotel being very close to Phrom Phong station, which makes getting around a breeze. However, if you're planning to travel with transport like grab/bolt car, be prepared for a bit of a hassle. The alley leading to the hotel can take up to 20 minutes to navigate from the street end to the entrance, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Aside from that, it's a solid option for anyone using public transport!

The good: located right above central festival and balcony affords a spectacular view of the sea. The bad: dated facilities. Bath tub with no hot water. Heavy toilet slide door which woman and children will have difficulty moving. Summary: I paid a premium for the view, will not stay here again just because I do not think it's worth the price. Service staff were all friendly and professional.

I have been using this hotel often for 5 years. It was a pity that I was not assigned the room I wanted this time. However, the staff was kind and clean, and everything was perfect, but I feel that the hotel is getting a little bit old.

Everything was good except for the new rule that you have to pay 100 baht/person to use the pool near Fat Coco and 200 baht/person to use the sauna. These two amenities used to be free of charge. I think it would be better to just factor in these fees into the hotel room rates.

Good hotel and recommend to stay . Staff are excellent. Variety of food at the restaurant which serves at sabana building and the restaurant staff are good too . Location is nearby BiG C and terminal 21 and the beach not far too .

The sea view room can view the beautiful pattaya beach. The breakfast has many choices. The room is very clean, and the floor housekeeping cleaner M/s Bua provided great services. Most hotels nowadays don't have ceiling fans, but this hotel still has it.

First of all, I would like to express my thank you to your Front desk team, they have service mind and alway smile even they are in the trouble circumstances with heavy check in, check out. The location is good itself as close to the beach and you can walk on the back of hotel to the Terminal 21, Tiffany show and a lot of massage shop with cheap prices. Unfortunately,as there are high demanded of cleaning service during the day. The house keeping team forgot to clean our room until we came back from outside around 17.45 PM. They might have some reason behind such as the manning are not enough for support the team or they use outsource housekeeping company that might have a communication breakdown. Therefore, overall is great and love to be back

Good location, feel like a true resort in the busy Pattaya. Next to Terminal 21. Lovely pools and private beach area at the end of Pattaya beach. Breakfast could be improved, Thai selection is not tasty. Our room had cigarette smell coming from AC Vent from time to time from other room. Which we understand it’s not hotel’s fault but just annoying especially at night when we sleep. Smoker should be considerate and not selfish toward others in the same building. We got upgraded to a suite which was good. But the shower tiles were super slippery! It’s not the kind of tiles to be used in wet area especially bathroom flooring. I had to put a bath math on the floor and still be super careful during shower. Very dangerous.

We had a great stay in Amari. From check in to check out, the staffs were generally friendly. A good spread for breakfast. Buggy will bring you to Ozo which is a short walk to Terminal 21. Kids well entertained with kids club, playground, aqua park, & swivel car. Pattaya beach is just across the road & Chinatown is also nearby. Room is clean & good size.
