It took me a long time to choose the hotel; in almost all reviews it was written that this hotel was quiet. Yes, hotel guests do not make noise, but the noise from the street and the other hotel is simply unbearable. This is not a vacation. There is street noise in the hotel, buses, motorcycles, cars drive almost around the clock, even with the windows closed there is a terrible noise. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant of another hotel, trucks with food and drinks stop, they do not turn off the engine when they stop, they load bottles, take out garbage, noise from the dining room (plates, cutlery). The noise does not stop. I had the impression that I was somewhere on the noisiest street in Bangkok. The air conditioning could not cope with the heat. The cups in the room are black, semi-plastic, but I would like white ceramic cups. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. There was never fresh orange juice for breakfast, this is very strange for the money. We later stayed in another 3* hotel, the price was 2x cheaper, but there was fresh orange juice every day. But the food was very tasty and varied. What we liked: the crowd. The hotel guests are 99% German, wonderful people. About the Paguera resort. It is very built up, there is practically no promenade by the sea to walk on. Kiosks, shops, you can't breathe. I recommend the Cala Fornells bay (5-6 euro taxi) or the Sant Elm bay. I walked all over Paguera and can say that the quietest place was near the tennis courts, but there are no hotels there, only apartments. Transfer to the hotel: I strongly do not recommend the transfer company Shuttle Direct (Transunion). We were driven for two hours from the airport through all the resorts to our hotel. On the way back we took the direct bus A11 (5 min bus stop from Morlans Suites) and were at the airport in an hour.
