We stayed in Vila Perast for 3 days. I highly recommend this hotel to you. + Nice&tasty breakfast + Kind personnel Especially Elza ,from Brasil, in Reception , she is very kind&friendly. Hotel, They are taking you from entrance of Perast with golf cart, also thats nice service. Just negative thing is , its not for otel for all perast stay, parking is problem. You cant enter inside with your car.

Delightful stay at this place, really one of those times were the staff really made it a great experience. The girl on the front desk, Nadja, was super helpful and a real boon to the place. Wonderful breakfast as well.

We stayed a few nights in the hotel for our wedding to get ready with our bridal party. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel to others. We chose hotel carefully and meet with the new management already in April (we stayed in June) and in between there was a management change and new management made us disappointed. First of all we got the wrong key by the receptionist so on our wedding night we could not enter the hotel at all. We tried to text and call when we got there at 2AM but did not get a hold of anyone as reception is open 8 AM to 8 PM. We actually did not have anywhere to spend the night it was pretty ruined. The staff was very sorry about it afterwards but we did not get any compensation for the nights (except €20 restaurant bill we refused to pay). Apart from this insistent. Rooms are rather small but nice. We had with ocean view. For the price paid the breakfast was terrible I would give it 1-2 stars. The restaurant was closed during our stay so we couldn’t try it out. Location in Perast is nice and the staff is friendly but management seemed not to care a lot for guests or service. Staff overall seemed frustrated and disappointed and argued in front of us on one or two occasions. The property itself has potential but not living up to any of it at the moment summer 2023.

Visited with my family, including two coeliacs. Lovely location at the water's edge. They ordered gluten free pizzas, which arrived with lovely handmade bases, and unusually were the clear equal of the 'normal' pizza we also ordered. The waitress was patient and careful and took care to check the details with the kitchen. There were lots of great options for gluten free and otherwise, which is hugely appreciated in a country where GF offerings still aren't very common. If you're looking for gluten free and are exploring the area, also try Marshalls Gelato in nearby Kotor, where all the ice cream is GF and GF cones are available too, and Restobar Taraca, also in Kotor and which also details GF :)

We started our tour in Perast and stayed in the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't know that Perast is "car-free" and that even a taxi can't take you to the hotel. The hotel could have made its caddy pick-up and drop-off service known when booking. The hotel itself is small and nice. The location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be a bit more modern and extensive. You do get full, but it's really just a basic standard. We also had a rather small room. Rooms like this could certainly be designed better.

The 2 points are for the breakfast, which was good, and the friendly gentleman who took us from the parking lot outside Perast to the hotel and back in a golf cart. The rest could have been improved: We booked the cheapest room because we are not usually very demanding - please don't do that! The two of us slept on a sofa bed, which was unbelievably hard, and we slept badly as a result. The bathroom was not cleaned or not cleaned properly: facial hair on the sink, dirty soap dispenser with someone else's hair, faucet. Definitely not worth the money.

Totally disappointed expectations. The room was clean but very simple. The bathroom was small, no bidet (I expected it abroad but in a hotel at this level!!!) the toilet leaked water (despite the technician's request for intervention, re-solicited at 9:00 and carried out exactly when we returned from the sea in the afternoon). Towel racks detached from the wall and left there and no support for hygiene products and a plastic shower tray worse than a sheet of ice in winter!!!

It is with reluctance that I give this rating because the location is great, the staff lovely, the hotel pleasant. The breakfast is also good. But the bedding is deplorable, the bed base is a wooden board which means that as soon as you move in the night the bed creaks!! Finally the mattress is not comfortable. For your information: there is no parking at the hotel and you cannot drive in the city. You will have to park outside for 15€/day and the hotel will send a car to pick you up.
