The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt sincerely welcomed and well cared for. Staff Highlights The staff were exceptional, especially Anna and Jelena, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and worry-free. Their genuine warmth, thoughtful attentiveness, and remarkable attention to detail elevated every aspect of our visit and played a major role in making the experience so memorable. Family Experience We were travelling with our nearly two-year-old son, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating with him throughout our stay. They were consistently warm, engaging, and eager to interact with him, keeping him entertained and happy, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday far more as parents. Recommendation While the hotel itself was impressive, it was the team’s exceptional hospitality and personal touch that truly made it stand out.
