Novotel Perth Murray Street is perfectly located in the heart of Perth's CBD, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city. Easy to walk to barrack street, elizabeth quay too.

New hotel., friendly staff. Big breakfast buffet. Had to remind thee housekeeping to make up my room, when I came back to my room my key card left in the slot has been taken away and logically the air-conditioning switched off which wasn't pleasant. Not understandable why they took away my 2nd key card without my knowing.

Queue to check in/out was not clear with many guests ‘queue cutting’.
Room was not cleaned properly, there was still milk left by the previous guests in the mini fridge.

The service staff were very helpful and also when I was not feeling well to allow for a later check out so I could rest in. The front desk staff were really a friendly face to have in a bustling city time.

Room was clean and service was great. Vivian was helpful in explaining the free CAT bus service to us. Location was great. The only downside is that some of the rooms face the residential block and we could see in their units - not sure if the residents can also see into our room. This isn’t a big issue with room curtain and overall we are happy with our stay.

We recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers decently spacious rooms, which were modern, well-designed, and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and room is clean upon our arrival. However, we did experience one service issue that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The body wash dispenser in our bathroom was empty from day one, and despite its noticeable lack, it was not refilled during our stay. We’re unsure if this was an oversight or a reluctance to restock, but it’s something that could be improved. That said, the hotel’s central location and excellent room comfort make it a great choice for travelers. With a bit more attention to such details, the stay would have been flawless.
