"Check-in was quick and easy, and they were also able to store my luggage, which was a huge help. The staff were all fantastic – very friendly and responsive. Overall, the room was quite good, and I'd definitely give the entire experience five stars. However, if you happen to get room 214, it can be a bit noisy at night. It's located right on the path from the garage into the hotel, so try to avoid that room if you can."

"We arrived at the hotel around 9am and had wanted to deposit our luggage but was told that our room  was ready and we could check in! Thanks Marcia and Marjaa-lis! The room was clean, shower pressure was good, fridge was cold  , beds were comfy and you had everything you need for a good stay. The towels could be softer though, but overall I am happy. Breakfast was nice with a good spread and coffee  and tea were were fantastic. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks Binisha and Laura for the warmth and welcoming smiles. See ya soon!"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops in a bustling area of Perth. It's just a ten-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Elizabeth Quay. While there are some homeless people in the vicinity, the hotel maintains good security. After 9 PM, you need your room key to access both the lobby and the elevators."

"The hotel's location is super convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk to landmarks like London Street and Swan Tower. Since it's a historic building, there's no elevator. Check-in at the front desk was quite unique, as shown in picture 1. The room was very clean, and the fridge even had complimentary milk and mineral water. Checkout was simple – just drop the room card into the box on the ground floor. You need a password to enter and exit the main gate, which is printed on the room card sleeve. Breakfast was interesting, served in an old building restaurant right next to the hotel. It's not a buffet; you order from a menu. My booking included breakfast, but when I got there, the server informed me that anything over $15 would be charged extra. There were only two options within the $15 limit: two slices of toast ($8) or two fried eggs plus two slices of toast ($15)."

"I came to Perth in Nov for short holiday.Stayed in Tribe Perth hotel.The hotel stay was nice and clean hotel.The staff was wonderful and service was good.Good location and moving the cbd area was easy.Had nice stay during my short stint.The weather was so nice and wonderful. "I am writing this to warn other travelers about a major security and privacy failure we experienced at Duxton Hotel WA. Upon returning to our room at 8:55 PM, we were shocked to find our room door fully open and propped up with a wooden door wedge. Our room was located near the elevator, meaning our personal belongings and privacy were completely exposed to every passerby for nearly 5 hours (housekeeping finished at 4:30 PM). The most disappointing part was the management's response. They admitted the mistake but refused a refund, justifying it by saying ”CCTV showed no one entered” and ”nothing was stolen.” This logic is absurd. Security is about prevention, not just reporting after a crime occurs. Whether or not someone entered is a matter of LUCK, but leaving the door open was a total failure of their ”Duty of Care.” They offered a bottle of wine and breakfast, which we declined as it felt like a dismissive gesture for such a serious security issue. If you value your privacy and safety, think twice before staying here. A 5-star hotel should not have a 0-star security protocol."

"I stayed for 6 days, and it was my first time staying in an overseas hostel! Regarding amenities, nothing is provided, so you need to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. There are only showers. The cleanliness depends on the room you're in. My room was a bit messy because I was sharing it with someone who had been staying there for a long time. The hallway had boots and shoes from guests, but it wasn't inconvenient to walk through. The communal kitchen and lobby were great for relaxing, which I really appreciated. There's also an exclusive guest area on the first floor where you can play games or eat. Since I was traveling solo this time, I didn't usually use it, but I found out about it when I had dinner with my roommate once. The reception staff were polite, energetic, and made for a pleasant experience. It was also possible to store luggage after check-out; it was set up so you could put your bags in a luggage room yourself."

"This hotel is located near the Elizabeth Quay within walking distance and the walk along the lake is amazing. The view of the hotel room is breathtaking especially during sunset and sunrise. Yes. You can see both! Service from the team is excellent and I cannot ask for more. The gym is equipped with good equipment and the conveniences of IGA supermarket being part of the complex helped us to get anything we missed. Highly recommended."

"The hotel's location is great, right in the city center with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel environment and restaurant are also very good, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, there's significant room for improvement when it comes to room cleanliness. My bedsheets had stains on them when I pulled them back, and housekeeping didn't even clean the toilet! On the bright side, the front desk and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic and polite."
