This hotel had many downsides. We booked 2 rooms and the single reeked so badly of stale cigarette smoke, we could not stay in the room that night and had to share a room. The next night we were given a new room. However, despite numerous attempts to contact the owner, we were never given an apology or any response to our requests for a refund. As my niece put it, this place is like the hostels I've been staying in. Which is: bare bones and uncomfortable. There is nothing to absorb sound in the hallways and we had people coming in during the night and singing for several hours. The only upside to this place was the staff, who were pleasant and tried to make our stay as nice as possible despite a crappy hotel. I don't believe the ratings of 3.5,

it is nice and clean, Loved the balcony!!. I had 2 very cozy nights in this hotel and the owner was very welcoming and because it has easy access to local restaurants and shops and also transportation, it made my experience more pleasant. I would go again.

This hotel has a perfect location, one minute away from the main square of Perugia, surrounded by beautiful architecture as well as great restaurants! The staff was very helpful and supportive, the rooms were clean (I stayed first in a double room, than a single room). I enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back to the place!

Loved this hotel! It's conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean. Welcoming, friendly, accommodating are just a few words that describe the staff. The terrace is a peaceful and quiet place where you can enjoy a coffee or a drink. And the furry friends are more than welcome here! Highly recommended✨

Not at all what website describes Very noisy as could hear everything that was going on in hall and rooms. requested balcony and was a shared balcony so make sure you request private if you don’t want to share. Rooms need major upgrade

E' un hotel semplice, abbastanza spartano ma, nel piccolo, c'è tutto! Ci hanno assegnato una camera con un terrazzino delizioso con vista sui tetti di Perugia e tutta la vallata circostante. Svegliarsi al mattino ed aprire le imposte è stato bellissimo. Stanza assolutamente silenziosa. Pulizia molto buona. Personale cortese e disponibile in modo sincero Ottima l'acoglienza al nostro cane Posizione strategica!!! Note: il materasso forse non era dei più comodi... noi eravamo all'ultimo piano, molte scale da fare. Nessun problema per noi ma da valutare se si hanno bagagli pesanti, passeggini etc....

Che dire... albergo pulitissimo (e non è da molti avere queste accortezze) ben disposte le camere e proprietari veramente tanto disponibili e gentili! Il sig Mirko ci ha dato le stanze già dalla mattina alle 10:00 nonostante il check in si facesse dalle 14 in poi, oltre ad averci dato utili consigli per visitare in tranquillità il paese...Grazie davvero per il soggiorno...

Struttura centrale, quindi datata ma ben ristrutturata e mantenuta. Personale cortese e disponibile, convenzione con il parcheggio, quindi risparmi sul costo giornaliero auto. A due passi dal centro. Pulizia e servizi buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
