The hotel is located in a very old building but has been very nicely modernised. It enjoys a fabulous location very close to the centre but tucked away down a quiet street ensuring a good night's sleep. Our room had clearly been recently refurbished, looked modern & smart and was very comfortable. The bathroom was new and very high quality with our only minor quibble being the lack of anywhere to hang clothes. The building also has lovely roof terrace on the 4th floor & an indoor sitting/reading room on the 3rd floor. Finally, all the staff were superb, really friendly & helpful, which ensured we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, close to the center but not too much. We have come here several times over the years under various managements and have always had a good time. Large, clean rooms with all comforts. Now there is also a refurbished swimming pool. Small, but enough to cool off in this heat wave.

I stayed for Umbria jazz and was amazing all the staff..the room...faboulus breakfast...so clean so quiet!! There a plus ..the bus that tales you for free to Santa Giuliana Arena for concerts and back every hour from 5 p.m. and back every hour too..in the same plaza you take the elevator for center so this bus is a great great thing!! So nice!!!

If I could give 4.5 I would as there was so much I really liked about this hotel. We came a group of 16 of us and they were very accommodating to the group. The location is ideal a stone throw from all the sites in Perugia and down a lovely side street. The little secret garden where you can have drinks and food is lovely. The rooms were fun as different with interiors and ours the suite had a great view from the bathroom window all over Perugia. A few little things that did not quite get the 5 - I asked for extra toilet roll when I arrived and i had to re ask twice. We were a family of 4 yet only 2 towels were provided. It was hot in the room and that was because they control the air conditioning so you have to ask them to switch it on would have been useful to know that in advance. The service for drinks in the bar was slow and the breakfast I thought could have a few more savoury items. However, all the staff were very lovely and I highly rated the hotel and everyone in our group enjoyed it. If I was staying in Perugia again I would stay here.

The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Our rooms were cleaned daily and all areas around the hotel (Gardens, swimming pool) were maintained very well! The rooms had good WiFi and AC which worked well. The choices for were incredible and staff were always around to check on foods that need replacing or to tidy up. Access to the swimming pool (open 10am-7pm) was easy and light snacks were available to purchase. It was never too busy and enough loungers for guests. There is a rule about wearing swimming caps when in pool, which we were unaware of. Luckily there were available to buy from their own shop for about €3. Hotel rooms had good quality beds, wardrobe, TV, fridge, night stands, lamps spacious bathroom - everything you need really. The team at desk were always super helpful and gave us great recommendation for places to eat! A large car park is available for guests to use.

GGuest UserThe B&B is located in a hill house, at the edge of a wooden wood, 10 minutes' drive from Perugia. The quiet and silence of the area ensures maximum relaxation and rest. However, it is essential to get in the car. I do not think there are public means to reach it, but there is no problem with parking, family management characterized by kindness and availability for any need. The rooms are large, equipped with bathrooms, smart TV, free wifi, coffee machine with dishes, refrigerator, suitable number of towels, phones and air conditioning. The room was cleaned and the toilet was cleaned. Abundant breakfast varied and with local products. Cost not very low but, however, less than the average of the area. Recommended!

Oltre alle camere in villa, nell’immenso parco, curatissimo e ricco anche di fauna (scoiattoli, lepri, cerbiatti ed uccelli) sono stati creati dei borghi composti da vari appartamenti ben arredati e dotati di ogni confort compreso un angolo cottura, nei quali alloggiare con assoluta indipendenza anche se il titolare è sempre pronto ad intervenire per soddisfare ogni richiesta e/o esigenza. A 15 Km da Perugia, è ubicato in zona strategica da dove in poco tempo si raggiungono i posti più ambiti dell’Umbria. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto interrompere la nostra vacanza per motivi lavorativi ma ci torneremo sicuramente... se non altro per farci omaggiare ancora dell’ottimo olio ivi prodotto. Peccato che nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato il ristorante fosse chiuso dove, certamente, avremmo gustato ottimi piatti.

GGuest UserIn generale la struttura è un buon tre stelle. È a tema cioccolato, per cui nella Hall c'è uno store dedicato.
Le camere hanno uno stile meno moderno, ma sono molto pulite. La mia camera tra l'altro aveva il parquet.
Al 5o piano, oltre al ristorante, c'è una piscina e un solarium con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione.
Ottima la colazione...Tanta varietà di dolci e buona anche la parte salata.
Ottima anche l'organizzazione. Causa covid il buffet non è libero ma ti servono loro e, nonostante l'albergo fosse veramente pieno, tutto scorreva senza intoppi.
Lo staff tutto molto cortese, ma un ringraziamento particolare va alla ragazza bionda che serviva ai tavoli e che credo gestisse tutta la sala... Tanta professionalità e gentilezza.
La location non è super centrale ma di fronte all'hotel c'è una fermata degli autobus, e con la macchina sono 5 minuti per raggiungere il centro..
A piedi non credo sia impossibile ma non ho provato, anche perché Perugia è una città che si sviluppa in altezza. Il parcheggio non è custodito, ma ci sono dei posti auto a disposizione degli ospiti. La zona è un po' infelice perché nei dintorni non c'è nulla, nemmeno per fare una passeggiata la sera.

Il B&B sta in posizione molto comoda, sia per visitare il centro storico di Perugia (anche con il panoramico mini metro), sia per visitare le altre belle città umbre, essendo vicino alla superstrada. L'appartamento è comodo, con arredi di qualità, e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. I gestori sono molto gentili. Il parcheggio auto è all'interno della struttura. Il B&B è il classico punto fermo di chi si muove! TOP!
