Beautiful and welcoming bnb. The pool is very inviting with comfortable sunbeds and shaded spaces. Views on all sides are open, overlooking the valleys. It is a great place to relax and catch up on energy. Many historical villages and cities to visit nearby. The hosts are super friendly and available for advice, suggestions and support where and when needed!

Ideal position and accommodation if you want to visit and taste real Umbria (or even Toscana). Having breakfast in the garden with a spledid view of olive trees is priceless and it allow you to live in the middle of an "italian picture". Very good rooms (and clean). The owners are so kind and gives a lot of little attentions. We (all the family) love it - actually, we'll consider to return next yer.

Our first stay at this newly owned farm-house which we have fallen in love with! The place is up on the hills close to Perugia, peacefully located among olive trees. The apartments are fully equipped, with beautiful views if you stay in the upper flats. The swimming pool speaks for itself, big with comfortable sunbeds and stunning views as well. Have breakfast there, you won’t regret it. Luca is a great host and prepares finest homemade bakeries. Yohan, another great host always caring and advising on the experiences in the surroundings. Lake Trasimeno is within 10 minutes drive.We will definitely go back! Thanks!

Fantastic owners, super sweet and helpful, excelent area. Super breakfast ! For sure to come back often. Very relaxing, all Top! Lot's of places around to visit. Very confortable . Umbria and Tuscany very beautiful.

Il Mulino delle Canutule è un vero angolo di paradiso, immerso nel verde degli ulivi, ideale per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante lontano dal caos. La nostra camera era grande e spaziosa, perfetta per distendersi e godersi la tranquillità del luogo. La piscina è meravigliosa, un'ottima occasione per rinfrescarsi e passare piacevoli momenti durante la giornata. I responsabili del casale sono stati estremamente cordiali e attenti alle nostre esigenze, facendoci sentire come a casa. Unico piccolo neo, un po' di rumore dalle camere vicine, ma niente che abbia rovinato il nostro splendido soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una pausa rigenerante nella natura!

Struttura nuova e molto pulita, gestita con amore che si nota in ogni dettaglio. Proprietari attenti a tutto, hanno saputo anche risolvere un problema che esulava dal soggiorno. Si vive il relax delle verdi colline ed il profumo della natura. Ben collegata con molti centri di interesse turistico. Un piccolo gioiello ad un prezzo decisamente interessante ! Consigliatissimo !

siamo stati in questo magnifico posto per un week, con coppia di amici. abbiamo preso un'appartamento con due camere e due bagni. appartamento veramente carino e curato. la location in un posto fantastico e molto tranquillo, la piscina top!!! i due gestori, persone gentilissime e molto disponibili. situato in una posizione fantastica, per raggiungere il lago trasimeno!!!! la colazione ottima, con torte fatte dai titolari, buonissime!!!! consigliatissimo!!!!!
