Very cosy B&B located in a quiet area away from the center of Perugia. The balcony from our room offered a beautiful view of nearby Perugia. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Room was spacious, well looked after. The room we stayed in does not have any step in the bathroom, making it accessible for those in need.

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful property: Luca and Stefano were very kind and suggested restaurants to dine in and places to visit. They are very hospitable, including the cuddly Arthur, the beautiful Golden Retriever of the b&b. The very nice room recently renovated with a balcony overlooking the fantastic Perugia. Bathroom with shower and chromotherapy. Breakfast next door in an excellent pastry shop. Upon departure they made us find a box of persimmons from their garden... What can I say? Rating 10 is too low! Thanks for everything, we hope to see you again! A hug

Great friendliness and professionalism on the part of Luca and Stefano. Excellent accommodation in 2 connecting rooms in the Lavender suite. Large beds with very comfortable mattresses. We will return with great pleasure on our next trip to Umbria. Thank you, see you soon!
