This is my second time staying here (the last time was in 2016) and it’s still a lovely little hotel. The manager Chiara is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, great views and located right in the historic center.

Charming and Unique Hotel at the top of a steep hill and on the 2nd & 3rd floor of a well-kept building. Welcoming staff, terrific price, all the rooms are different. I had the most modest room which was at a wonderfully low price. Clean room and bath. I was able to view their largest room with a private balcony. Lovely. I would return.

Great location, very good and caring hosts. I really recommend this place. Simple, clean. Easy to access by minimetro from Railway station or taxi ~15€. Close to biggest sightseeings. Only thing that could be better is the hairdryer (it had week airflow).

No lift. Receptionists are not always present, however, when present, they are very nice. Small room. Small shower cubicle with no water pressure. As indicated, I asked for breakfast at a nearby cafeteria which in fact was in the main square. It was only a cappuccino and croissant which costs less in other cafeterias. Clean and great location.

Really nice. Clean, central, nice view, and we even had a terrace! We only stayed one night but it was enough to get to know Chiara, the owner, who was very kind and professional. If someone asks me where to sleep in Perugia I will recommend them to go to the Primavera. I forgot, the price of the room is actually very affordable. I'll be back

Hotel Primavera is truly an enchanting place where you feel at home... I was there for work and I must say that I had a great time, a very elegant, comfortable, clean, spacious and well heated room. The bathroom was equipped with a large shower, with a thermostatic tap, which allowed me to take a fantastic shower... if I were to return to Perugia I will book again in this hotel which is located in the heart of the city a stone's throw from all the attractions and from the nightlife. Very kind and helpful owners ready to help me in any way so that my stay was as pleasant as possible... I recommend anyone who wants to visit Perugia to choose this hotel, absolutely, it's a must go...

Our overnight stay was beautiful. It is located in an excellent position for visiting Perugia. In the room we found all the comforts. Even if breakfast is not provided, there is courtesy service in the room which is useful. But the difference, beyond the structure and the services, is made by the owner with whom we spoke a lot and who illustrated many aspects of Perugia to us from the culinary ones, to the history, to the more modern and daily life of the city.
