The two dots only for the courtesy of the staff. Otherwise I would have given 0 dots. I received an Emotion 3 package for three days (2 nights) with 2 dinners and breakfasts included. When we entered the room, the opening of the door touched the bed, so much so that first my wife entered then we closed the door again and I entered. The balcony (we were barely there) overlooks the cover of a canopy. I had to have the TV replaced 3 times to have one that could receive Rai and Mediaset channels with the new transmission system. Included was an old Mivar with discolored remote control buttons. Among other things, when we arrived they gave me the key (after 14.00) but when we went up we had to wait in the corridor of the floor because the room was not ready yet. As for the dinners we had the same experience as described in another review. When we sat down they brought us a package menu (2 courses each) and the a la carte menu. This is already very unpleasant as given the cost of the package and what it costs to sleep, the two courses are already well paid. We chose to eat à la carte with the separation of what is foreseen in the package and considering the costs of the dishes shown in the menu we knew we had to pay a difference but certainly not the approximately 100 euros that were charged to us at the time of departure. The only good thing is that at least we ate well. Experience that we certainly will not repeat. The Emozione 3 service is also bad and shouldn't consider certain locations.

The hotel, located between Gubbio and Perugia, is nice. The rooms are not large but equipped with every comfort. There is also a swimming pool for guests with towel hire (€ 3). The most pleasant surprise was the restaurant, in particular the pizzeria: a really good pizza (and I'm fussy eh!), Excellent dough and excellent cooking. The managers are delightful: my daughter and I stayed with our dog (golden retriever) and, for dinner, they placed us at a table in the breakfast area, where - fortunately - we were alone, while the restaurant was full of customers. . The breakfast was also pleasant: many types of croissants, cakes and pies; the salty part is a bit poor: only raw ham, cheese and hard-boiled eggs. A pleasant stay in a very nice place, absolutely recommended for visiting the surroundings
