B&B Palazzo de "Il Nuovo Duca Minimo"

Very negative because it is omitted that it is a building without a lift. To get to the upper floors, ancient stairs and floors are very tiring on foot if you have suitcases or people with difficulties... Not to mention that beyond the condominium stairs in an apartment made up of 4 rooms to get to in the attic there is a further internal triangular wooden spiral staircase...

b&b located in the historic center of Pescara. Spacious, bright and spotlessly clean rooms, attention to the customer and absolute kindness from the staff, fantastic and freshly prepared breakfast, it feels like being at home... Absolutely recommended, thanks again from us. Teresa and Danilo.

Quality at a minimum. Incomplete parking information which made us wander around for at least 20 minutes (obviously finding access to the car park was child's play for the owner). There were 3 graduates in the car but we needed a fourth to understand the owner's abstruse messages. We arrive anyway and the B&B does not represent what was expected. Palace at the minimum of decency. No lift and 2nd floor to reach on foot (not indicated in the booking and we will deal with booking specifically). Apartment with rooms overlooking common areas...All obviously not declared in the presentation. Maybe a clever trick on the part of the owner... it's true that you have to embellish what you sell but here it's gone too far. Indecent building with entrance and stairs at the minimum of decency. Elevator exists although unavailable as it is broken (probably). The room appears clean although an infant's cot on the left is not required. In practice they arrange the room based on the beds you need, perhaps forgetting pieces used by previous customers... Promiscuity of the rooms. You are in a house with various rooms that share common areas (entrance, kitchen). In short, if you go around in your underwear to have breakfast... watch out who arrives. I tried to complain to the owner...he preferred not to answer the phone anymore. Now there are two things: if you trust me, stay away, if you prefer him, have a good holiday. I wouldn't even go back as his guest.

Il giorno prima dell'arrivo inviano un messaggio con tutte le indicazioni per posteggio, regole della struttura e altre informazioni per accedere alla struttura. Non aspettatevi quindi l'accoglienza di qualcuno che vi consegni le chiavi. Sempre nel messaggio viene detto che non ci sarà acqua tra le 13 e le 16 (già lo stupore! 😱, sarebbe bene saperlo prima di prenotare). All'arrivo dopo aver seguito le istruzioni per accedere nell'androne si trova una cisterna "per l'acqua". Ascensore presente ma non funzionante. Stanza pulita purtroppo però con affaccio su uno dei localini che circondano la zona (questi stupendi!😍) e quindi se volete dormire aspettate che chiuda 😅. Primo giorno arrivo alle 16.00 doccia fatta alle 20.30 perché nonostante le telefonate nessuno dei gestori/proprietari è venuto a caricare la cisterna nell'androne (non c'era sufficiente pressione). Secondo giorno: colazione non c'è acqua gasata solo naturale mi è stato detto perché nessuno la beve... di nuovo manca l'acqua per la doccia (questa volta però ci hanno detto perché probabilmente era stata usata dagli altri ospiti 🤔). Terzo giorno: colazione niente acqua gasata perché nessuno la beve e non si può acquistare una bottiglia per qualcuno che invece la beve 🙄 e si scopre che si può fare anche la colazione salata (ovviamente dopo che hai finito di farla con quello che ti hanno dato). Mi raccomando non dimenticate la tassa di soggiorno a quel punto c'è una persona con cui interloquire vis a vis! La nota positiva è il posto dove si trova perché pieno di ristoranti e locali con persone molto cordiali ed accoglienti e dove si mangia molto bene 😍

Ottimo bed and breakfast, camera spaziosa, funzionale e pulita, colazione servita in comune con altre persone ma preparata con cura da personale molto gentile. situato Nella vecchia Pescara, si può raggiungere in pochi minuti il corso Umberto centro nuovo di Pescara
