The bathroom even includes disposable toothbrushes and pads, which is unusual to find in other B&Bs. The beach is just a few minutes away, and the city center is a half-hour away. Parking is available on site. The room is cool and soundproof, with the only drawback being a mattress that's too soft. Coffee is available in the shared kitchen, which is free to use. Recommended for a weekend getaway."

"Very comfortable structure in a very good position right in front of the airport just cross the road to get there, very good welcome, the very nice and available lady. We have stayed in a room with a really good private bathroom, a wonderful and clean bathroom and also with a very well furnished private balcony. For breakfast, we found everything in the kitchen on the table, good breakfast was not excessive. Surely, if you will repeat us to come back to Pescara, we will stay here again."

"The hotel room is relatively large, but the room facilities are relatively simple. There is no kettle for boiling water, no coffee pot, and even no cups for drinking water. The most hateful thing is that the hotel treats mainland customers and ********* customers differently. I cannot cancel or change my reservation online! Due to special reasons, I need to arrive three days late for my six-day trip. I negotiated with the hotel two weeks in advance and proposed to modify the itinerary, but the hotel still charged me for six days! My ********* friend can cancel at any time when booking directly with them! My Italian friend told me that it is unreasonable to charge me for three extra days of room fees, and usually only one night of room fees is charged for late arrival."
