And this was 3:00 am, and the transfer had already arrived for us, they put us in a position of blackmail.... Why the issue was not resolved during the day is still unclear to me!!! I had to pay $20 and at an incomprehensible rate much lower than the market rate!!! Plus we saw a cockroach in the room and a snake on the street.
