The place is quaint with lots of plants, a few cat, couple dogs, some birds, lizards etc. we booked it for the kids. The pool is a bit small. There are too many ants due to the nature of the house. The ants are small and harmless but I didn’t like that.
The room is huge, I think it can sleep 10 in a row as it’s got 3 king size beds in a row!
The pool is quite small.
There’s a small market in the morning right outside the home stay where you can buy fruits and local foods which is nice. The sellers are extremely friendly and they don’t try to over charge because you’re a foreigner. The local restaurants are also quite good for simple noodles and rice for cheap prices.
The location is quite far from town so it’ll cost about 130k to go to town.
The owners speak English well, very friendly and help to book taxis etc.

This Homestay is a beautiful place to stay.Annie & Mike are fantastic hosts- both have excellent English and Annie has been wonderful in helping a novice traveler like me to get around and find great places to eat and enjoy.
Annie helped me do the Jeep tour (a must when in Mui Ne) motor bike rental also surfing lessons.the whole family have been fantastic hosts.Rooms are very clean, comfortable and quite big, bathroom & shower in room is huge.
communal gardens great to chill out and enjoy a beer at the end of the day.
Definitely a great place to stay.

The landlord is very hospitable and likes this kitchen very much. He buys some seafood to cook next to it every day. The garden is very beautiful!

Great resort. Great value for money. We paid €35 for a large room for 4 with 2 double beds. Bathroom and hot water. There is even a small swimming pool and a swing for children. You can use their kitchen to cook a meal or make breakfast. Otherwise restaurant opposite. What I liked most was that the owner spoke English fluently, which is rare in Vietnam. In addition, its establishment is very well maintained and very clean. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend it. 😉
