The room was clean. But reception lady took our passports and kept with the hotel until we checked out. Maybe it is hotel’s policy but passport is like ID card for foreign travelers. I think we should be able to keep it with ourselves ALL THE TIME. Also the wifi was bad maybe my room was out of range . So please avoid rooms on 3rd floor

The most important thing is that the beach scenery is very beautiful, the beach service staff are very good, but it is more convenient to travel, there are good seafood shops nearby. The best thing is that there is steam in it, and the massage feels the best.

Bad food quality at bar and restaurant. At the morning the clean rooftop and all dirty water been in my sea view balcony.

The bed is very comfortable. Hygiene: OK, very good. There is a little sand at the door of the room... Maybe the last person who stayed there went to the beach. Breakfast: The food quality is good, but there are not many varieties. Service: Basic five-star hotel services are available, not high or low. This hotel costs more than 1,400 yuan a night, and a 5-year-old child needs to be charged separately. There are many other 5-star hotels nearby that are less than 1,000 RMB. I feel that the cost performance here is not very high, and the service is not very mature. The food is not bad, but not particularly delicious. Overall, I don't feel like coming back to this hotel. It's not bad, but not very good. It's a strange experience.

The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

Staff: just gold. Very polite, nice people. They constantly take care of the territory, during our stay we noticed how they were fumigating a beehive on a tree, in the next room they were fixing the air conditioner before the next guest checked in. Room: super soundproofing - you can't hear your neighbors or the deafening croaking of frogs at night. There is everything you need, even a fumigator, umbrellas and a clothes dryer. I especially liked the tea set with large mugs. From the photo it seemed that the furniture was old, but in reality everything turned out to be decent - both the furniture and the plumbing are in excellent condition. They clean the room every day. Overall, we liked it so much here that we extended our stay 2 times.

You can get a 20% discount from 2pm to 7pm, and the discount is about 50 yuan, but the massage is average, not particularly good, and there is no strength. If you feel that the strength of the massage is important, it is not recommended to massage. The hotel is relatively close to the Fairy Stream, the red sand dunes, and the fishing village are not far away. It's about 3 kilometers away from where you eat seafood. The hotel is also close to the beach. In short, the price/performance ratio is not bad, recommended.

Reception staff lovely. Food great and cooked to order which was amazing for budget hotel. Surf staff could have been a little more helpful but it was nice to have it on site. Perfect location on the beach / jetty and a short taxi ride to lots of restaurants and walking distance to fairy falls
