"This is a beautiful hotel, even though it's on the smaller side. Absolutely gorgeous! The pool is clean and a comfortable temperature. We had a ground-floor room with direct pool access. The room itself was small but very comfortable overall. The bathroom with the shower cubicle was spacious. The entire front wall of the room was a panoramic sliding window with a view of and access to the pool, and there was a small veranda with a swing, a table, and a chair. The room was clean, as was the hotel grounds. You pre-select your breakfasts for all your stay days during check-in (meaning they have a menu with several dishes for different days of the week, and you can choose one main dish, one appetizer, and one drink). Overall, the breakfasts were good; the pho bo was even very tasty! I also really liked the hotel staff, a sweet girl at the reception and a guy. The girl helped with absolutely everything, from renting a scooter to finding a hospital. A big thank you to the staff! However, there was one downside – the rats. Almost every evening, as we approached our room, rats would scurry out from a corner right under our feet 🤣. I don't think the hotel can do much about it; the problem is more with the trash cans on the sidewalks."

"Overall, I liked this hotel. The pools and facilities are excellent truly a highlight of the stay. The property is beautiful and, for Mũi Né, it’s a very good option.
However, check-in can take some time, especially if you don’t speak Vietnamese. We also had an issue with receiving a second key card. There were three of us in the room, but with only one card it was inconvenient, as the electricity, lights, and all room facilities work exclusively with the card. This meant we always had to move around together.
The hotel is located quite far from the main area and nightlife of Mũi Né, so it feels somewhat isolated. Bike rental is easily available nearby, and food delivery works well. There are not many shops within walking distance, but this wasn’t a problem for me since I rented a bike and drove into town.
I gave a low rating for cleanliness because our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping came. I contacted the administrator and asked at least for fresh towels, which we did receive, but cleaning itself was never offered.
Overall, a nice hotel with great facilities, but with some noticeable inconveniences. A solid 4 out of 5."

"Because of the resort’s high ratings on Trip.com, I arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, my stay was somewhat disappointing.
The Positives:
The resort is beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery, making walks around the property very relaxing. The welcome drinks and breakfast beverages were fresh and delicious, and most of the staff were friendly and supportive.
The Negatives:
Check-in & Check-out issues: Despite arriving late (around 6 PM), I had to wait a long time for them to find an available room. I was also asked to either leave a deposit or let them hold my ID. Worse, upon checkout, they refused to return my deposit immediately, stating I had to wait until the next day.
Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast selection was limited and lacked flavor. It was disappointing enough that I only ate there once.
The worst thing was the lack of security. Even though I had locked two locks from the inside before going to sleep, the cleaner was still able to open the door and walk in. When I checked out, the manager tried to explain it away, but it felt incredibly unsafe and completely different from any other resort I’ve ever stayed at."

"We had a fantastic stay! The staff and manager Dat really made us feel welcome and taken care of. We opted for their car service from and back to Ho Chi Minh City and to get to a coffee shop in the area - the driver is great, focused and on time. The design of the place amazing, we especially appreciated that they used only natural materials, with practically no plastic anywhere in sight. The breakfast is very filling, and you can choose from a few options. We had scrambled eggs, pho, banana pancakes - all delicious. RedSands is not big, but there is really everything to enjoy a lazy weekend away: little pool, rooftop terrace, coconuts for sale, huge open air bathtub, and sea view!"

"My family and I recently had a vacation at Centara Mirage Phan Thiet. What I liked most was the swimming pool being right next to our room, which was super convenient for relaxing and having fun with the family, especially the kids loved it.
However, since it was early June, the hotel was quite crowded, so check-in was a bit delayed. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect to make the experience even better.
Overall, the space is beautiful, with many amenities suitable for a family vacation, and I still had a pretty good experience here."

"An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside.
It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place.
It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated.
I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help."

"This hotel is not by the sea, and certainly has no beach!
There's a friendly, Russian-speaking owner. The rooms are clean, and the staff is good. Daily housekeeping is provided.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, but there's everything you need. Towels and linens are clean.
Our room had a balcony facing the street, which was very noisy. The air conditioning was right above the bed, blowing air directly onto our heads.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The staircases and landings are very narrow, making it extremely inconvenient with luggage.
The breakfasts are sparse, but edible.
The pool is small but quite deep and clean. The sun loungers don't have mattresses, and there are no beach towels provided.
The internet connection is good everywhere. There are cafes and shops nearby."

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương.
I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before.
Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family.
When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything.
The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better
you made it unforgettable.

BBlanca B.We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and always accommodating any requests. The resort is spacious, the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can relax by the pool afterward, with the bar and restaurant open all day.
We also highly recommend the massage service — we had a wonderful experience and an excellent massage with Anh and Gai. Overall, it was a great experience!

MMadHelgaWe had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are spacious and green, everything is blooming, even vegetables are planted, and a pony lives on the property. The staff spends all day watering, sweeping, and cleaning.
The room was great, with wooden furniture and plenty of space, everything worked. I was a little tired, but that didn't bother us at all. The only downside was that the windows and the entrance overlooked the pool walkway, so you could see everything. And there was no door to the bathroom or toilet. Absolutely not. The room is called ”Romance” (it says above the entrance.)
The breakfasts are excellent: fruit, vegetables, snacks, soup, omelettes, scrambled eggs, and granola. There are two types of coffee. Basically, you'll find something to suit your needs.
The beach is also a special treat; it's long and narrow. It wasn't crowded in January, and sun loungers were always available.
Overall, I recommend this hotel; it's a great choice for a quiet and beautiful vacation.

My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!

CCallmelinhhhThe hotel is located in Mui Ne, on the main street which the travel bus from Ho Chi Minh can go pass to drop you. Staffs are friendly, the room is clean. TV, AC, hair dryer and iron are provided in the room.
The pool and the sea are definitely our favorites. We have experienced wonderful sunset as well as the sea which is right next to the hotel.
Will comeback next time if we have the chance.

Location is extremely inconvenient in some semi abandoned area.
Rooms are high-end decorated and nice. At the same time hotel territory is not big and all the hotel services seems overpriced as for this city and location.
Hotel beach is across wide highway, not at the hotel territory. Swimming pools are small and shallow which looked aimed at kids as well.

MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.

颜颜值担当少女2号This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
