The hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. From the cost to experience perspective, i would not rebook at this hotel.
This is a green oasis in Mui Ne. There are a lot of staff, especially gardeners, and everyone has their own role! Hotel guests are adequate. There is no ”Tagil” here. On Saturday and Sunday, as in Vietnam as a whole, the workload is higher than on weekdays, it can be crowded, but the sun loungers on the sea are always free. Occupancy was 30-40% near the sea in June 2024.
People come here for relaxation and comfort! Only the sea with waves for kite surfers. But the child and I were mostly in the pool, since she enjoys the pool.
We lived in a room in the Nova building on the 4th floor. (I asked the hotel about this in advance, everything was provided as needed).
Very quiet and you can hear the sound of the sea. All the insects are below! Stayed for 5 nights. We are very happy and will come back someday!
The hotel only served breakfast, we always ate fruit for lunch, and for dinner there were many restaurants along the street.
I warn you: there are some midges flying everywhere in Mui Ne, from the first day buy local sprays and use them. I think this is typical for this area, because in Nha Trang, for example, there were none at all.
we stayed here during TET, the overall environment of the resort is amazing, it is chill and clean.
my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us.
The staff is attentive, nice and helpful.
There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well.
There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders.
It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure.

Excellent hotel: large green well-kept territory, the pool is cleaned - everything around is cleaned. Excellent tasty breakfasts! Fruits, pastries, soups, omelette, fried eggs, yogurt, juices. Meat dishes, rice, pasta, sausages, vegetables. All tables are set, everything is cleaned, brought. The staff is friendly and attentive. From 15-00 to 16-00 in the bar on the beach - tea, coffee. You can buy a cake, pastries for tea. The beach is small, but clean. In the morning the waves are small, and then by lunchtime more and more. The only negative is that there are not enough sun loungers on the beach, some are occupied in the morning, and come by lunchtime. When the waves are, you can lie by the pool and swim. We lived in a bungalow - everything is clean, the bed linen is changed every other day. Towels every day and beach towels are changed in the evening. The hotel has many cafes, shops and massage parlors. I recommend this hotel 👍
Wow! This place was amazing, right next to the beach. I could ocean from my room balcony. I absolutely loved the swimming pool bar, cocktails were awesome, need to try their Mojito it was so herbal alcoholic fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food was exceptionally good. You can conveniently book tours at the reception. The layout and design of the resort was creative and beautiful with a mixture of culture. You could explore the resort for a days and not get bored. They have their own convenient store on the premises. The markets is not to far away and I found that Taxi and grab drivers tend to camp out the front waiting for customers so it was easy and fast to book one. An Unforgettable stay. We are definitely going be staying here again in future
The room is spacious and features an L-shaped balcony, only the toilet is quite narrow. There is a reasonable surcharge amount per night for accompanying pets. While the location is quite far from the city center which is not convenient for dining out, the resort’s restaurant offers good food at affordable prices.
Great location nearby main sites but away from the crowds at Mui Ni town. The hotel staff is really friendly and it feels very homely.
I love the huge bathtub which is the largest I've seen anywhere in the world. The only area to improve is to get the hot water flow to be faster as it takes hours to fill the tub now.
It was recently built, so both the building and the furniture are new. Close to Mui Ne sand dunes. The water pressure is good and the ceiling is high so you don't feel stuffy. There is no separate front desk, so you have to find the young male owner nearby to check in. There are no black bugs, but as night falls, a lot of small bugs come out. The location is in an alley, but there are dogs left loose in the neighborhood and there are two dogs in the accommodation. please refer to this.
I stumbled and stumbled, my legs hurt badly but I didn't understand what was happening until I saw two water pipes leading up to the bathroom door. This was incomprehensible in a hotel, and a 4-star hotel at that. I moved from a 4-star hotel to this 4-star hotel, just to experience and realize that the reception area and professionalism are worlds apart. This hotel has many group guests so it's quite messy. But that's why the organization is better.
The risk management thinking for guests is very problematic:
1. The bathroom is very small, the middle of the bathroom door is to put two high water pipes. If the bathroom can't be wide enough to cover the pipes, why not cut it?
2. The bathroom has no door, connecting to the bedroom space. If there are 2 colleagues or anyone who is not family or too familiar, how should the privacy be when using the bathroom?
In the picture, the water tap is protruding, I had to cover it with a trash can to create attention because there are people with foot problems in the room, if they trip over it, they don't know what to do. I also think about the case of elderly guests or those with difficulty walking, how can we control the risk by leaving two water pipes like that when the hotel is not a home, and the guests are not familiar with the space layout?
The receptionist checked in slowly. In a family, they divided 2 rooms but arranged them apart, so they should have told the guests 1 hour in advance if there were no rooms nearby. Professionalism is not clearly shown with hotel standards.
The room price is good compared to the time. But if you compare the quality with the price, it cannot be called good. Old hotels can be older than normal, but deodorizing and equipping amenities should be focused on. The room is spacious but apart from the bathroom mirror, the room has no mirror, the curtain is cracked, the bathroom door has a loose seal, the TV should be connected to the internet to have more channels, there is no shower cap...
The restaurant is okay in terms of taste, but the breakfast dishes and chopsticks are not clean. The coffee cup still has old coffee...
The plus point is that the room is spacious, the water is quite strong. However, the faucet is designed with two separate hot and cold faucets, so if you have adjusted the temperature to the right level, you are afraid to turn it off when applying shower gel because you will have to adjust it again later... This is inconvenient and causes a waste of resources, adding unnecessary water costs to the hotel...
With the location near the sea and the spacious space that the hotel owns, if the above points are improved, I think the hotel is a place worth experiencing. Looking at the layout, I feel sorry. If the rooms are not safe for guests, they should be renovated or not put into use.

Amazing
五五克拉的心事The room is very spacious and clean, with an antique feel and bamboo furniture that has a unique flavor. The water flow from the washbasin is small, and the drainage in the bathroom is slow, sometimes with water accumulation. There is a fan overhead, so laundry dries quickly. There is a new public kitchen with a gas stove, but I didn't use it because I found it a bit troublesome to ask the landlord to refill the bottled gas. There is a Mixue Ice City outside the alley, and opposite is Mui Ne Fishing Village Park Công viên Làng chài Mũi Né. The sunset view is beautiful, there are many barrel boats on the sea, and there are many freshly caught seafood on the beach, which can be brought back to the hotel to cook or asked to cook for you. The location is convenient. It takes about half an hour to walk north for about 2 kilometers to reach the city center, where restaurants and supermarkets are very convenient.
SSurgeMMThe hotel is very new, the service is warm, and the breakfast is very rich.
The facilities are very complete, the swimming pool is large, there are two water slides, there is an indoor playground, a table tennis room, etc., adults and children will have a lot of fun.
There are not many shells on the beach, but they are complete and beautiful.
At night, the seafood restaurant next to it, eating a seafood feast by the sea, is quite delicious and relaxing.
It is a good choice for travel and vacation.

SSonjaWe loved it! Although Mandala Hotel is a huge complex it has it’s charme with the stunning view and the pools. The apartment was super clean and beautiful. Good to know: the bathroom has a transperent Wall, but you can close it with curtains. Another plus is you can rent motorbikes down at the hotelentrance for 200k and get your laundry down for 40k/per kg. The only regret is that we could not stay longer.
GGuest UserDon't go! It's extremely inconvenient! It's so far away! When you check in, two independent people come to you, there is no reception, very casual, and they want to take my passport when I get to the room. I firmly do not allow it, so I let them take a photo. The next day, I wanted to go to the gym, but I couldn't get in again. Fortunately, I got in after the staff coordinated. It's really inconvenient! I didn't bring cash, so I couldn't eat in this place. Most stores only accept cash. I regretted it. It's very inconvenient. It takes a long time to wait for the shuttle bus. The arrangement is unreasonable!
JJacky ƯơngIt is the residential area of Mandala, it is not a traditional hotel. I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel
SShokun55Stay a little confusing because this area is called Mandala, which has 4 hotels (different names), everyone has to park the car or drop at the main lobby at the same place and try to contact the hotel (if there is a VN number or Zalo), it will be a little easier.
The hotel has a large swimming pool both outdoor and on the building. At night there are movies projected too, cute and there is a minimart, coffee shop and restaurant under every building, convenient.
Go to the beach across the road, there is a restaurant with fresh seafood for sale, and cooked for you.
Here, a little far from the city, considered to relax, use the hotel facility, it is considered worthwhile. Another disadvantage is that there are many tourists.
GGuest User
Check in и check out оперативно организованы. Удаленное местоположение, но в нашем случае была арендована машина, поэтому именно этот момент проблемой не являлся. В номере есть кухня, но нет никакой кухонной утвари, это нужно принять во внимание. Однозначно рекомендую (и ценник отличный!).
