M Residence Hotel and Apartment

Very clean and good place. I recommend it for travelers. Nice location, kind staff.

I first stayed at M Residence over a year ago and unfortunately I can say the quality of the rooms has gone downhill since then. All of the rooms are in need of a make over with lots of paint peeling off the walls. I stayed in two separate rooms during this last visit and each room had cockroaches. Customer service made me move rooms during my last night, because I didn’t pay “$7” extra for a room with an unblocked view. So they moved me into a new room, but the new room with the “blocked” view had an even better view of the city . Be careful of them trying to upsell you on this!

First time staying at this hotel. It was quite convenient excess to most places of interest and many food and beverage outlets nearby. Price is value-for-money.

It's a service apartment with daily housekeeping. Great location with a pub directly opposite the apartment. Had some issue with the bathroom where the water clogged up and air conditioner leaked on first day but rectify the following day after I informed front office.
